I made a comment recently about something I began doing in the last two to three months that I got a lot of messages about, and I promised I’d write a standalone post.
That is, using the Aneros in the bath.
Long post ahead!
I’ve been practicing Aneros use for a few years now, and figuring it all out. Mid-2022 I began noticing that I wasn’t actually fully relaxing, even though I would practice the “Do nothing” approach, I wasn’t actually doing nothing. Even while relaxed I would be subconsciously holding a very light contraction the whole time. Once the pleasure would begin, I would totally take over again and be clenching an tensing to try to force the pleasure to grow, only tiring myself out.
A huge leap forward for me was when I began to just try to breath through everything, deep breaths into my belly, so that my stomach rises up. Even actively pushing my belly muscles up. This would free up the important muscles below to do their own thing and huge pleasure would grow. However, when it gets intense, I would still take over and do contractions and end up chasing the pleasure away.
The practice of Aneros for me at the moment is to have discipline and actively try to relax any muscle contractions, no matter how good everything feels. To keep breathing deeply through everything and constantly letting everything be fully relaxed. If a muscle tenses, I try to release it as much as possible. This makes everything insanely intense as it is. So pushing that further and further is my gameplan.
A huge step for me, and the original point of this post, was using my Aneros in the bath. I began having baths to relax, before going to the bedroom for a session. Then I decided to try my Eupho Trident in the bath, as a warmup for the Maximus or Progasm session on the bed. But what ended up happening was, I’d have such an incredible time in the bath I would be fully satisfied and absolutely beaming after multiple, beautiful full body orgasms.
I found that being fully relaxed, means you might pee. I know some people might find it off putting, but we all know how it feels to release that muscle to pee when we’re going to the toilet. So when that muscle is tensed we don’t pee because we’re holding a contraction.
If you don’t mind peeing in the bath a little bit while you’re in it, fully relaxing all muscles so that it just comes out is the key. Actively relaxing that muscle and feeling it build up and eventually just start peeing, allows the Aneros to move freely as it is completely uninterrupted.
Also we all know that contraction we all do at the end of a normal pee, to shoot out the last bit of pee and make sure it’s all gone. However if using the Aneros in the bath and relaxing to the point where it just happens, trying to not do that squeeze at the end, results in this huge feeling of pleasure that stays there too. And the Aneros is still going crazy behind. It’s a huge buzz.
Practicing this, I would drink a hell of a lot of water throughout the day so I would be sure to need to pee a good few times in the bath so I could have as many opportunities to understand the feeling and gain control over that muscle. Really noticing every little muscle down there to fully relax.
Now, even normal sessions on my bed, I know how to fully relax every muscle down there and it feels insane. Once I got that full control, I’m not going to piss on the bed because I know exactly where that happens, and can relax right up to that point.
Also, with that deep belly breathing in the bath, it makes your body float and rise and fall, so the rhythm of the water slowly sloshing around you, also adds to the pleasure as it feels like the orgasms are washing through you and surrounding you.
I really found it to be a huge insight into what true muscle relaxation really is and has helped massively towards understanding how my body works.
I know some might have reservations as if it’s disgusting to pee in the bath, but it’s just a little bit of pee! And you’re already in the bath so it’s easy to stand up and have a body shower before getting out.

Fantastic writeup! About a year ago I started going to a float tank and doing an hour long float. It’s so completely relaxing, floating in body temperature high salinity water in complete darkness.
Regarding the pee stuff, yes it’s totally relaxing! I usually have my sessions on a puppy pad so I am free to release as I want. For those grossed out by it, it’s sterile and realize that you spent a good amount of time floating in it prior to birth!
Lately I’ve been getting P-waves from using the urinal, especially if it’s a piss that I’ve let build up.
What lube do you use in the bath?
I have also found that just peeing in the toilet with an Aneros in can be intensely orgasmic.
I have gotten in the habit of inserting my Progasm Jr before I get in my hot tub. I keep the temperature down around 100, so close to body temperature but seems warm enough to fully relax. Never tried peeing to feel that relaxation of that muscle and how it interacts with the Aneros inserted, will be giving that a try soon, just not in the hot tub.
