Frustrated

Everytime I feel something good happening or my pelvis is glowing /tingling, I’ll always reach a point where I feel like I’m about to pee.

I’ve tried resisting a few times but always without fail, the fear of peeing myself will overtake any relaxation I have and I’ll go to the bathroom. When I returned, all the sensation I’ve built up will be gone and the session is spoiled

Any idea what’s happen and what Im doing wrong

Bee wax lube(natural jelly)

I’ve been looking for a new lube (waterbased lube doesn’t really work that well for me) and came across this Murel natural jelly recipe from the aneros website forum.
Anyone with experience to this lube that can attest to it?
For context, the recipe goes along the line of coconut oil mix with bee wax and then maybe some shear butter

Can someone describe their successful session for me pls

It’s just that I’ve been on this journey for like three months now and I still can’t tell if I’ve gotten a pwave or not.

I just wanna cross reference with y’all on what I’m suppose to look for

I’ve been trying to meditate during each session with varying success, mainly my adhd preventing me from focusing for more than 10 minutes, my thoughts keeps drifting.

And even if I think I’m doing something, the sensation I do feel feel like a singular dot pleasure /pressure laser focused on my prostate, beside that I’ve haven’t encounter any other sensation.

Where should I focus on when relaxing, I’ve heard some people said to focus on prostate exclusively while some other said to focus on other sensation such as chest, abdominal and legs.

I kinda can’t do the second one cuz I don’t really know what I’m looking for. Do yall have any descriptor that might help?, like is it similar to a chill, tickle etc

Relax question

If during a session, I feel my abs muscle or leg muscle starting to tense involuntarily(as in just stuck in tense mode), should I actively relax the muscle or just let it happen

Confused

I just had my third session where there are u voluntariness, as in :

– my abs started to tense
-body moving on its own
-etc
But, other than that subtle pleasant feeling in my prostate, I feel nothing else in my body, it just feels like my body moving on its own tbh,

Also, is it posiibel than my mind is subconsciously moving it to create a reaction cuz although it feels involuntary, it kinda feels like my body is like faking the movement like I can control if that make sense
