Crossing the finish line

Well, it finally happened. Session before last I had my first Super-O. I know I've speculated that I might have reached that before, but there has always been some doubt in my mind. This time, there is no doubt at all. It felt exactly like I've read on the forums and wiki. And it is as wonderful as I could have imagined. I actually ended up having three Super-Os that session, and two more the following session. Now that I know how to achieve one, I am hopeful that this will be a regular occurance. I am also excited to see what else lies in store for me and the Aneros.

-Since I've been using regular )non-rechargeable( batteries, I have been making more use of the 'light-steady' setting on the vibrator, as it's now plenty strong enough to achieve orgasms )including one of the Super-Os mentioned above(. I suspect part of that has to do with my prostate being more sensitive as well. But now that all three vibrations strengths are effective, it's making my sessions more enjoyable….and a bit longer.

-In addition to my Super-O breakthrough above, I also have my first a-less orgasm. I was driving in my car on the way to a night out during the week when it happened. It was small, so not terribly distracting, but still enjoyable. But I had to adjust the way I was sitting, because I really didn't want it to become too much of a distraction while driving. I've been feeling my prostate quite a bit while sitting in both my office and home computer chairs, though nothing beyond that.

Odds and Ends

-Last blog post I made mention of a stuttering issue I was having with the vibrator in the Vice. I had hoped that I fixed it by slightly pushing down the bottom section of the vibrator. While it worked well for a couple sessions, the stuttering came back and was significantly worse, to the point where it would effectively end my sessions when it happened. It wouldn't happen right away, usually after an hour or so of use. It then occurred to me that it really only happens after I switch batteries. That's when I realized what the problem was…..I use rechargeable batteries and I always start with the same battery (for no real reason other than routine). For some reason, that battery works OK (only very occasional stuttering) but the other 3 rechargeable batteries I own cause the vibrator to stutter often. I had a couple non-rechargeable batteries handy and gave those a try in the next couple sessions. Sure enough, the vibrator worked flawlessly both times. I did read that it is not recommended to use rechargeable batteries with the Vice, but was hoping that buying high quality rechargeables (Eneloop) would still work. That apparently is not the case. While the rechargeable batteries worked well for the first several recharges, it looks like after a while they aren't able to produce the steady current needed to keep the vibrator running at a constant speed. Even the one battery that was working fine was started to produce the same stuttering as the others, though not nearly as bad. So now I am testing out various non-rechargeable batteries to see which ones work best and can be purchased relatively cheaply (Duracell is the early leader).

Mr Fix-it

Five sessions since my last blog post )all with the Vice(, all but one of them fantastic. I can pretty consistently get multiple Os now, and I start getting them much quicker. I’m currently at a point where I don’t think I can progress much further, mostly because I don’t think I have anywhere further to go. I can certainly improve my technique and make small adjustments here and there, but I believe I’ve just about reached the peak of what I am able to experience with the Vice. Hopefully I’m wrong and there is something even more wonderful that I haven’t yet achieved, but even if there isn’t, what I am feeling now in amazing and I am quite happy with it.

Two things I started doing differently. First, I have reduced the amount of time I use the Vice with the vibrator off. No more than 10-15 minutes now, and often not even that long. While I had originally thought I would be better served long-term by spending more time sans vibrator, spending time with the vibrator off made my sessions considerably longer without really adding any benefit. I’ll still use the Helix Syn here and there for non-vibrating sessions, but with the Vice, I am pretty much only going to keep the vibrator off while doing my breathing exercises and warm-ups.

Vice Vice Baby!

The Vice has been an absolute champ this week. I used it 3 times since my last blog post, and all three times I ended the session saying to myself that THAT session was the best session I've ever had so far with the Vice. Can't wait until tomorrow! :(

The 3rd of those three sessions was especially remarkable, since it was SO much better than the previous session )and former 'Best Session Ever' champion(. I actually had a bit of a headache and had intended to lay down for a bit and let the headache pass. I figured while I was laying there, I would insert the Vice and see if anything came of it. I didn't really do any breathing exercises like I normally do. I just laid down and relaxed the best that I could. I actually fell asleep for about 20-30 minutes and when I woke, I felt a bit of a tingling down there )and the headache was mostly gone!(. Did some contraction which felt nice, but nothing really came of it. After about an hour )from the time I laid down(, I turned on the vibrator.

A rose by any other name…….

I had about 5-6 sessions since the incredible success I wrote about in my last blog post. For the most part, they were all enjoyable and I achieved quite a number of what I am calling "Super Os". Rather than go into details on any one of them, I'll simply summarize my thoughts regarding those sessions.

-I'm at the point now where I know the 'path' to a Super O. Meaning, I know roughly what I need to do to achieve one. For me, it's finding a 'spot' )see my previous blog posts for what this means( and trying to hold it there as long as possible. That usually means adjusting the strength of my contraction to maintain the spot. If I am successful, I start to feel smaller orgasms, then eventually P-Waves. At that point, the P-Waves will continue for a while and I will eventually feel my entire pelvic area vibrate until finally the explosive orgasm hits. It doesn't always work out that way, but when it does, that path is pretty consistent.

Lessons learned

Since my last blog post, I've had 3 more Aneros sessions. The first two were somewhat disappointing, but ended up providing me with valuable lessons that will help me going forward. The 3rd session, well……

The 1st of these sessions was with the Vice. I did the usual warmups and played around with various contractions with the vibrator off. I'm at an odd point in my Aneros life with the vibrator-less sessions. I can feel my prostate harden and everything else that leads up to an orgasm, but I don't get the intense pleasurable feelings i do with the vibrator turned on. I am guessing that is because the Aneros is pressing against the prostate, but not really rubbing against it. It could also be that I'm trying to compare apples and oranges and that I need to keep the sensations I feel with the vibrator on separate than the feeling without it on.
After about an hour of this, I turned the vibrator on to Light-Steady. Did my usual routine of slowly increasing my contraction until I find a 'spot' and hold it there for a while. In this case, I found that 'spot' very quickly with a low strength contraction. If felt much different than the super orgasm (not ready to call it a Super-O yet) i experienced the previous session. I felt the sensations centered in the anus as opposed to the prostate. It still felt very pleasurable and I left it there for quite some time. However, I wanted to feel the same thing I felt in the last session, so I decided to end that and increase the vibration. That ended up being a big mistake. I didn't feel anything but very small orgasms the rest of the session, with both Medium and Strong vibration sessions. And when I tried to bring the vibration down to Light-Steady to find what I found earlier, I was unable to.

Boom! goes the dynamite.

After taking a day off yesterday, decided to give the Vice a go today. After the usual warmups, I started with the vibrator off for about 30 min. Tried various levels of contractions and some nice feelings. Even got some P-Waves going, which is unusual with the Vice sans vibrator. After 30 min, turned the vibrator on to Light-Steady. In previous sessions, Light-Steady felt pretty good, but I always seemed to be just at the edge of an orgasm without crossing over. This time, it finally crossed the line. Several mild Os and plenty of nice feelings.

After about 20 minutes, I changed the vibrator setting to Medium-Steady. Did my usual routine of starting with a small baseline contraction and gradually increasing it until I felt 'something'. Then holding it there for a bit. As usual, this produced a couple nice orgasms, but the Vice felt like it wanted to do more. So I increased the contraction strength some more and was rewarded with some fairly strong orgasms. Decided to push my luck and increase my contraction strength about as hard I could and still hold it. After about 30 seconds, my prostate exploded. By far the strongest orgasms I have felt since I started using the Aneros…and they were coming one right after the other. I didn't count, but probably about 4-5 in a row. I had to stop as I felt like I was about to pass out. Not sure if this was a Super O or just a really strong prostate orgasm, but it sure felt pretty super.

Time to kill

I had 2 hours to kill before I had to perform some late night work. Didn't want to take a nap and feel groggy while working, so decided on an Aneros session. The last few sessions were with the Helix, so I figured I would go with the Vice this time. After the usual breathing and warmup exercises, I kept the vibrator off and played around with various levels of contractions. Some nice feelings and some small orgasms, but nothing really special. After about 45 min, I turned on the vibrator to Low-Steady. Slowly increased the strength of my contraction until I felt something pleasurable and let it sit there. While it felt nice, I have found that the 'Low' vibration level almost never produces anything other than very light tingling. But it's a good way to ramp up to the stronger vibrations, so I think I'll keep it in my routine.

After around 15 minutes, I relaxed my anus and set the vibration to Medium-Steady. Stronger vibration=stronger pleasurable feeling and I felt several mild orgasms for the 20 or so minutes I kept it at Medium. I set the vibration to High-Wave )setting 8 of 9(. Played around with different strength contractions, but this didn't really do anything for me. Next tried High-Pulse )9 of 9(. This felt better and I felt some nice tingling coinciding with the pulses, but I didn't feel this would ultimately produce the results I was hoping for.

Nap time

I didn't get much sleep last night )see previous blob entry( as I had to wake up earlier to take care of some items. By the time I was done, it was 11:00am and I was pretty tired. I needed to take a nap and decided to take one of my Aneros friends with me. I figured the Helix Syn would be the more comfortable of the two I own, so that's the one I chose. After inserting, I laid down on my right side )my usual sleeping side( and quickly fell asleep. I woke up around 1:30pm to a very mild 'itch' in my butt. It felt pleasant enough, so I decided to end my nap and see what was in store for me.

Roll onto my back with knees up )my usual Aneros position(. I skipped the breathing exercises since I was already quite accustomed to it being inside me. Starting with a low-level baseline contraction for a couple minutes and then slowly increased it. Did this for about 45 min and it produced some nice feelings, but no P-Waves or orgasms. I really felt like I had to pee and didn't think it was the Aneros causing it, so I went to the BR to take care of that. Since I had to take the Helix out anyway to pee, I decided I was going to switch to the Vice for the rest of the session.

Walk this way

Took an awfully long time to get going today. Did the usual breathing/warmups, but really wasn't feeling anything. Tried different strength contractions and even tried re-inserting the Helix to see if that would help. It took about 45 min before I starting feeling anything pleasurable. After that, things were much better. Starting getting P-Waves, as strong as previous sessions, but not as often. I again starting with small, baseline contractions and moved onto progressively stronger contractions until I had to let go due to fatigue. Then would start the cycle again. Interestingly, the best feelings came with the baseline contractions. I felt the pleasure build and then would increase pressure, which didn't help much. I tried to hold the baseline for a while and while it felt nice, it didn't progress. In the end, only a few small orgasms.

A couple things different about this session. I used 5 ml of pre-lube instead of the 3.5 ml I've been using. In addition, my stomach was rumbling throughout much of the session, being both a distraction and possibly affecting the movement of the Helix. So not sure if this was just a bum session, or if one of the above contributed to it.

At about 2:55am, I decided I was done. I stood up with the intention of heading to the bathroom and when I did, I felt the Helix pressing strongly against my prostate. It felt really nice, so I started walking around the room for a bit. The pleasurable feelings continued, even getting stronger. It may have turned into something if my stomach wasn't also growling louder than before. I'll have to investigate this in a future session.
