Men-

I have a question for those of you who are succeeding.

I am getting a lot of good feelings. Today I was able to get my butt muscles and thighs to quiver, and that directed good sensations to my prostate. But, I have not yet gotten my anal spincter or PC muscles to quiver.

I have improved my ability to enjoy the aneros recently by doing the contraction exercises as well as quick contractions once or twice a day, without the aneros, to develop my strength. (I find the SLOW contraction is pretty hard and is an important part to using the aneros).

My question is: for those of you have the quivering down, can you do it without aneros? In other words, I am inclined to try to learn how to get my anus to quiver independent of using the aneros, so that i can do my training in small bits when I have some time. I too am in the frustrated camp. I've been trying about every other day for about 2 months.

The last time I tried the 100 quick half contractions suggested by sstump after I did the exercises. This did seem to help, as I thought I was getting the start of dynamic flutters.

I plan on keeping on trying till I get it.

I've had the aneros for about two months, and I am getting a bit frustrated. I haven't been able to climb the arousal curve many of you are describing.

My main question to those of you who are having sucess is:

Does your intense arousal after the exercises depend on arousal during the exercises?

In particular, how aroused do you get during the exercises:
1. do you produce a lot of pre-cum?
2. when you hold the contraction, are you holding onto a pleasure?
3. if the exercises are arousing, is it the pressure or the stroking or both that produces it?

Another question I have is: do you get a stroking action during the exercises? If so, can you estimate what the length of the stroke is, ie, how far the aneros travels in the canal?
