Question about p-tab contact

Is the p-tab meant to always be in contact with the perineum? Or only when contracting/having involunatries?

10 Years On… A little guidance needed.

Writing this as I’ve been using the aneros for many many years now (on and off) and curious as to how to expand/improve my experience.
