I don’t see how it should be scratched, the box was sealed. The plastic cutout should not be hard enough to scratch the toy. I got paranoid and I checked the website. Apparently Aneros accepts product returns in a 90 day period. Why do companies even allow returns of sex toys?
There was also an odor on the silicone but it got removed when I washed it off. I think it was just the packaging.

Aneros sessions for October 16 and 18 : It’s getting cold!
