Sorry for being a newbie, but Is there any kind of beginner or “how-to” resource out there for aneros? I got a helix trident and not sure what I’m doing. Just feels like I bought an expensive butt plug so far..

Shallow but deep prostate…
TLDR: Helix Syn Trident not hitting prostate on its own – and through manual play. Which toy/tips do I need to smash my prostate?
I hope this makes sense…
I believe that my prostate is not very far in but seemingly quite deep into my front wall – meaning I really have to press the aneros upwards (towards my belly button, if you will) to really get a rub on it.
I currently have the Helix Syn Trident and have got the involuntaries going well and have experienced full body orgasms both with the aneros and a-lessly.
Whilst these have been great, I have a real urge to get my prostate absolutely nailed and even being pegged sometimes, I can’t seem to get at the right angle to really rub on my prostate consistently.
If I manually pull out and push up with the Helix, I can get a great rub on it and get the urge-to-pee and real feelings down my cock – but I just wonder if there’s a better toy out there for what I’m after.
Any ideas on what toy I should be after? Do I need something with a bit more girth? And does anyone have any tips on HF wet orgasms/precum/squirting as whilst I’m really getting good pleasure, I’d love to be able to cum fully through my ass being penetrated.
Chairgasms – How I learned to have better control of my inside muscles
I had a bit of a hard time achieving control of my muscles inside my hole, so I needed to find a way to exercise them but really didn’t have the time, I found this technique that I hope help some of you.
You position yourself at the front of your chair ( whether that’s your living room one, work one or any other) and get your taint area to press right around the edge of the chair, have your legs spread a bit and then do some kegels (squeeze and release like you were trying to stop peeing) you’ll probably feel the pressure of the chair pushing back on that taint area.
This has proven to be so helpful in my journey with prostate play and Aneros. Best part is that you only need a chair, so you can do it while working (I have a busy schedule so being able to exercise at my work’s desk chair is a blessing) or somewhere else where you can’t lay down.
I’ve also heard from more experienced users that this exercises can become very pleasurable too and you can achieve orgasms that can be fun to have while going with your everyday life(I know one guy who travels a lot for work and he uses this technique while flying and gets small but pleasurable waves that help with de-stressing. Other guy says he does it on boring meetings so time flies! Haha).
MGX -> Helix -> (Progasm/Eupho/Tempo) ?
Greetings fellow prostanauts,
I’ve got about $150 to spend on fun right now and want to expand my Aneros collection.
Current: MGX, Helix Trident (Neither are Syn), and Njoy Wand
Status: No super-o yet, been at it about a year, definitely have fun / feel good with massagers, may be in the wave/mini-o phase.
I’ve seen some neat combo deals on the site right now:
Pgasm + Junior for $90 USD
Helix Syn + one of 4 tridents (I would take Eupho) for $100 USD
And then there’s the Tempo, which I’d like to try even at full price. (would consider peridise if it met the budget for a total of 3 massagers)
Basically looking for advice on what combination, from the above, that you would recommend given my background and budget.
How do I use the Aneros prostate massagers, and what is it like using them?
I recently became interested in trying out a prostate massager. On another subreddit, someone recommended that I try the Aneros Helix. How do I use it? What is it like to use it?
If only this were less “taboo”…
Seriously, this whole thing feels like I’ve discovered a latent mutation, but like in the X-Men universe where mutants have to hide to blend into society :’D It’s probably for the best… I feel like talking in a subreddit like this will prove more “productive” anyway!
I have a few questions for folks, just some “in your experience” all feedback is welcome!
Question 1: Do you require kegels to begin your involuntaries? Does actively performing kegels improve the quality of your involuntaries?
Personally, I started this journey doing Mindgasm. Having done alot of weightlifting in my lifetime, muscle isolation came very naturally to me and I was able to identify and solo flex my PC and Sphinctur fairly easily (as much as is possible anyway). The first time that I felt involuntaries though… there was not intentional beginning, not “Big Squeeze”. I was just laying down relaxing, focusing on the passive pleasure of the light pressure on the prostate. It was more like the thought “this feels fantastic how could it possibly be better” just entered my head and planted the involuntary seed. Of course they were fairly short lived… at first, I had to learn how to just let them happen and continue to focus on the now active pleasure of the pulse. I’ve done some small experiments since that include a “Big Squeeze” but I am hesitant to really open this up more. My worry is, by engaging more active control of the occurrence I feel like I may lose some of the mental “magic” associated with how I’ve discovered them in the first place… If it ain’t broke is there any benifit to “fixing” it?
How To Get Started With My Husband
My husband has mentioned on numerous occasions that he is open to the idea of prostate play, although he has never experimented on his own (as far as I know, but I will confirm) and I have virtually no experience either. I bought an Aneros a couple of years ago to use on him and have barely rubbed it near his anus. I have also used my finger a little bit in his anus, but I’m very hesitant because I don’t want to hurt him. One thing that makes this kind of experimentation especially challenging for me is that my husband does not communicate a whole lot during sex and is very quiet and reserved making it difficult for me to know what feels good for him.
This is something I have accepted about him and is not something that I believe he can easily change.
I’m looking for any suggestions/advice on how I might proceed. Is it unrealistic to believe this is something we can learn together or does he really need to experience it himself before I can join in?

How to relax sphincter?
I feel that I’m always too tight to get much movement with the aneros
How do you make it more relaxed and loose?
Do i do some anal stretching?
Share helpful posts
For unnecessary context, I have seen detailed and helpful posts on the Aneros forum, but it isn’t easy to navigate through it. You have to dig through, post by post, to find the gold. Share any posts on the forum or anywhere else that provides useful information not commonly seen or articulates the idea particularly well.
Best for beginner and to use discretly
Hello everyone.
