I am going to record what happened on my Aneros session on March 25,2018 since this is the first time I have used my ET in several months.
Hopefully by documenting what I do will help me reach the Super 0.
I was really excited about using my ET so I started by giving my self a water enema, which I like to do. Then I got into a hot bubble bath and soaked for 30 minutes. Next I went to the bedroom and got the ET and lub and layed them on the towel beside the pillow that I put under the small of my back. Next I inject my prelub ( 5ml of KY liquid ) into my anus and stayed on all 4s for a couple of minutes so the liquid will coat my prostate. Next I turn on Youtube and find “Button Pushing Prostate Training” video/audio and climb on the bed. Putting the pillow in the small of my back I lay back relax, put lub jelly on the ET and slowoly insert it, feels good.
I listen to the “Button Pushing”, relax, start breathing and start playing with my nipples. Playing with my nipples always sends shivers down to my penis. After a while I start conducting anal contractions. At this point my legs are bent and my feel on flat on the bed. Suddenly my legs start shaking as I conduct the anal contractions. I try to play with the contractions and the shaking gets more severe. For some reason I feel the need to grab my penis and balls and pull them. New Adventure

This is my first blog. I am a newbe with only 6 months using an Aneros product. I wanted to document what happened on Tuesday in hopes that someone can help me understand what happened.

Need some help trying to figure out what happen to me on Tuesday night. I am
a newbe and have never had a rectal orgasm or big O.
I started out like I usually do, give myself an enema to clear my rectum out.
Then I prelub myself using Aneros Marksman personal lub. It is easy to use and

follow the instructions on the video to slowly insert the Eupho up my anus. The
video lasts around 25 minutes and really forces me to concentrate on what is happening
in my rectum. I slowly start concentrating on my breathing and then start contractions.
I can feel the Eupho moving in the out of my anus and the rythum felt really good. But no
orgasm or percum. Then I start playing with my nipples and I can feel an electric shock going
to my balls. After 35 minutes I got out of the bed and got on my knees with
my body on the bed and continue performing the contractions. After about 5 minutes of hard contractions
I felt tired so I got back on the bed on my back. I then concentrate on really hard contractions.
This seems to start something. It is not an orgasm but a feeling that I needed to grab my dick and balls and
pull them really hard. I start breathing really hard and started moving all over the bed and moaning but no orgasm
or ejaculation. I did feel a small amount of precum. This goes on for 5 minutes then everything stops. Does anyone know what that was?

Rediscovering “Active Aless”

Background:
Most of the time, my Aless is “passive”. Usually, I feel it following a nice Aneros session and it continues for a while, depending on the massager I selected. My involvement is only as a outside observer. This morning, however, I am not “scheduled” for a session until tomorrow morning. Technique:

Conclusion:
I will categorize this as an “Active Aless” session (versus “Passive Aless”). Athletic cup & SR challenge! Session for Wednesday March 21 (day 17) : Aneros session during a snowstorm!

I had a fairly long and leisurely session early morning just after sunrise when our snowstorm was beginning. Winter seems to be holding on, but this now event will be the only one of the year. Points northeastern, Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston are getting major snowfalls today. It is our fourth nor’easter of this winter!

Last night I wore my BIKE CUP Supporter unit no. 85 underneath a pair of Munsingwear Kangaroo Pouch boxer briefs and slept blissfully like baby. When I awoke about 6:15 a.m. this morning, I was rearing to go for a session. First I dressed in my winter clothing and got coffee and a brookie from our 7 Eleven. I used the following Aneros tools in order: MGX, Helix Classic, Maximus, and Tempo. I have been on my Aneros journey nearly six years now. I have learned since 2014/15 to let my body relax, and also to use Kegels and rhythmic breathing to activate my Aneros models. They in their stead work me over. I cannot say how much wearing an athletic cup, such as BIKE, and a jockstrap magnify the sensations I feel many fold.

At this writing it is 11:30 a.m. and getting close to the noon hour. My apartment building is so now. I am sure not if apartment staff and workmen doing the renovations came to work today. Take care!

Second session – Well that was different!

After my fist session felt good but underwhelming, I did some reading and was determined to try this in a different way. The first time I basically put the plug in after I was already hard and jerked off as I usually do. This time I tried to get myself into the right head space first, getting myself hornny without actually touching myself. Then I progressed to lightly playing with my ass and balls before putting the Aneros in.
