Advice needed

Hi folks — I’ve owned a progasm Jr for almost a decade now but only in the past couple months been focusing on prostate play. I gotta say, it’s become somewhat frustrating. Feel like I’ve tried everything — picked up a progasm classic, helix and eupho (and even a tantus p-spot and njoy wand) but still only sporadic contractions and some minor pleasure is all I’ve been able to get out of it. I even tried the peridise, both sizes in the starter kit, and barely get any contractions from those.

Feel like I’ve tried everything I can think of — do nothing method, do nothing except light contraction/anchored tension, Mindgasm techniques, rhythmic contractions, weed, LSD, poppers, watching porn, no porn, binaural beats, audio erotica.

I’ve been playing probably 5 times a week — 2-3 hrs a session on average. I’m guessing this is probably too much. I’m just frustrated and I know I’m chasing the O but I don’t know how to fix that. Any advice?

Pleasure, Pain, and Urination – Need Advice

Hi all,

I’ve been using my Eupho Syn Trident for about a week now, and have made good progress. Recently, I’ve started feeling my first involuntaries and p-waves.

Unfortunately, I can’t quite get to a super-O because of an inevitable throbbing pain in my lower right side. Initially, there’s a feeling of fullness and a need to urinate, which I until recently chalked up to fluid buildup in the prostate (a good thing, right?). I focus back on the movement of the toy and while my pleasure grows, the discomfort grows at a faster rate. Eventually, the discomfort turns into constant, throbbing pain (like a bruise after a nasty hit or pulling a muscle, not pleasurable at all), and I am forced to stop the session because the pain is overwhelming any other sensation.

I hobble over to the bathroom and have what seems to be the longest piss of my life – the fluid that comes out is almost entirely clear, and afterwards, the pain instantly goes away (though I’m too far out of it to get back to work).

This usually happens 3-4 hours into a session, so I feel like I’m just taking too long and need to actually pee. I discussed it with my doctor and I’m positive I don’t have some kind of injury/illness, so is there just too much fluid building up in the prostate? Does that mean I’m taking too long? Or am I supposed to just power through the pain? Can you even urinate out excess prostate fluid?

Peridise and eupho and the do nothing approach

So I finally bought a Peridise. Here are my thoughts: i practiced with the smaller one. Inserted but not all the way. I kept the bulb towards the handle outside (is this right?). Tried relaxing and doing nothing. And felt nothing. So tried to squeeze and still nothing. Then switched to eupho with do nothing approach that usually gets me good feelings and found it really hard to relax. So does the Peridise make it harder to relax?

Also quick q. For the aneros massages, I notice that the male anatomy shows that the prostate is only like 2 inches in but the massages are like 4 inches. So is it really massaging the prostate or the seminal vesicles? I ask because lately I get pain when I use the eupho that’s deep inside.

dry spell

Hello everyone,

I’m writing in regards to a dry spell with my aneros use. Almost a year ago I achieved my first and only truly successful sessions (involuntary, powerful, indescribably dry orgasms for hours on end, they felt similar to penile orgasms but deeper and just so much better). Some background that makes this situation complicated is that when I achieved that session I did so rather unconventionally. Most people on here talk about involuntary twitching causing the toy to stimulate the prostate which leads to orgasm. However, that night, the way I got there was by repeatedly flexing my pc muscle and hitting my prostate over and over for some time until suddenly I wasnt flexing anymore and the toy was fucking me. I’ve tried to do this again but it doesn’t happen. I’ve tried doing nothing, tried sustained long flexes, porn, no porn, weed, no weed, and it simply won’t happen. Any advice on getting back to achieving dry orgasm would be so helpful.

Looking for advice/explanation

Hi everyone! I’ve been toying around with prostate massagers for little over a year now and have really enjoyed my experience so far. While my sessions generally don’t produce involuntary contractions or p-waves, they’re still very pleasurable and a good way to relax.

In two sessions, about 6 months apart, I’ve managed to get these p-waves (i think). During those sessions (first with a leluv nero knock off toy, another with progasm) I felt the pleasure build up (as it usually does), but then suddenly the pleasure grew and began creeping up my body untill my whole body was “tingling” and feeling all around very pleasurable. There were no muscles clenching, I kept on doing what I thought felt good and the “wave” of pleasure passed after 10 second on the first time and after approx. 1 minute on the second.

The first session I did manual contractions until it got to the point where I tried to keep relaxed, but the contractions sort of were automatic. After a while this resulted in the first wave of pleasure.

The second session I tried breathing deeply in and out of my belly, and after a while the wave came and passed.

Since these two sessions have been so pleasurable, my question stands: is there a way to “cheat” yourself into feeling these sensations on a regular basis?

HFWO to HFDO, help please.

Hi guys, is there anyone experienced that can give an advise to how to switch from wet orgasms to dry ones? I get a LOT of pleasure from aneros, but always end up with a wet orgasm that enables the refractory period, may I be doing something wrong? I tried all techniques, from tug-of-war, to do nothing, to subtle squizzes… but although I get serious pleasure, I always get a normal ejaculatory orgasm.
Thank you.

Aneros and your anatomy

Hiya,

I have a burning question about what seems to to be many people favorite method of achieving a prostate O, which is the so called “do nothing method”.

I’ve been frustrated with this method, because it usually instructs you to completely relax, focus on your sensations and let them lead you.

Problem is, I’ve never had any. At least, not when I’m not voluntarily contracting. Whent I am relaxed, I feel no pressure against my prostate, it essentially feels like I’m wearing a small butt plug that doesn’t do much on its own. I guess my anatomy is such that the Aneros doesnt quite sit at the right spot?
However, if I angle my Progasm upwards slightly, I suddenly feel it in all its glory. The more I push it upwards, the more I feel it.

So my question is: is this what all you people who use the “do nothing” method feel when you’re just relaxing your muscles? Are you supposed to feel the Aneros actively pressing against your prostate without moving or contracting? Or am I creating something artificially that should ideally happen on its own?
I can pretty easily make it so the Progasm hits that spot on its own, by adding some padding under my perineum. But is it the right answer?

Prostate play using do nothing approach and PE

Quick poll. I’m curious for those who have success with prostate play using aneros toys with do nothing method – on whether you find that when having sex…PE becomes an issue. I’m finding that and was curious with this group of any of you have experienced it and what did you do to solve it

Am I on the right track?

I have been using the Aneros Helix for about a year, and I feel like I am slowly getting there! Recently I was relaxing listening to some ASMR using the do-nothing approach when suddenly the narrow started to twitch, my heart began to speed up, and my dick started growing. After about 45 seconds, my heart slowed down, and that was it. My question, then, is my heart rate and the twitching a sign that I am on the right path to a super-o? Any advice is welcome!

Action starts when falling asleep! Help!

I’ve been practising for a few years with hardly any results. Started with Mindgasm and apart from one session when I got the alternating muscle contractions (which caused me to panic & lose it!) I’ve had no results at all. I recently tried the 20m relaxing, 10m breathing/contractions, 10m holding a low contraction & then doing nothing. I’ve got a strong rolling contraction going on but nothing happens, nothing pleasurable as such. Until I fall asleep it seems! I wake up with my heart racing & strong contractions that stop as I wake up. The other night I woke up in a state of bliss, felt like I was floating – but again, I lost it as I gradually woke up.

Any ideas what to do next? How do I stay awake during this! I’m guessing it’s a relaxation thing but I’m not sure what to do next. I’m already so relaxed I’m falling asleep!! ☺️

Thanks in advance…
