Hey guys, I have been an Aneros user for at least 5 years, I have great stimulation and some near orgasam Moment but never anything On the same scale that gets mentioned here, I have been using mindgasam and doing the contractions though it never brings involuntary movements or contractions, as I think this is key, are my muscles too weak although I do use my kegal muscle, I feel it tenses me up too much and I get more pleasure doing nothing and relaxing. I want to try something new and start experience different sensations as I feel like I am at a dead end with my current method. Any tips will be greatly appreciated ?

Something happened
So I just had a session where I really tried my hardest to relax and do nothing and wow!! I lay on the edge of nodding off then suddenly my heart started racing then I was panting I couldn’t help it. My penis and my whole crotch began to feel as if it was swirling somehow! I can’t explain the feeling it was so intense. It grew all around my body until I couldn’t stay relaxed and after a few minutes it began to subside and now I’m left feeling a light buzz everywhere. This is the first breakthrough in a while!
Can’t get involuntaries at all
I’ve been trying prostate play for almost 2 years now and started with Aneros. Throughout my journey, I’ve constantly tried doing the contractions but I never seem to induce involuntaries no matter what. Ive tried mindgasm and that hasn’t really helped much either.
Ive tried the do nothing approach and I don’t really get much pleasure from this. Ive gotten some pleasure from doing contractions but I understand that most super-o’s come from involuntary contractions which I just can’t seem to get.
Has anyone else struggled before? And if so, what did you do that helped you get involuntaries?
Aneros & erection quality (EQ)
I’ve been using Aneros for a few years and noticed increased urgency, frequency, and lower EQ. Also noticed a loss in size.
Anyone else have any issues?
I think their are a few reasons for this problem.
1. Covid.
2. Health after covid.
3. All the kegels and holding clenches while using the Aneros caused too much held tension in the pelvic floor muscles.
While joining a sub called angionmethod. They spoke of losses of EQ and holding all that pelvic floor tension pulls the blood away from the penis. As in doing pelvic for stretches, not only are my erections getting harder, but the aneros sessions have become more pleasurable. Particularly with doing nothing our even a slight reverse kegel.
Not out of the woods yet but things are getting better.
If anyone else is having issues i hope this helps. Angion has been helping restore arterial engorged to the penis but i think to the prostate as well.
Is This What A Prostate Orgasm Is?
I purchased the Aneros Progasm years ago, and it took me a few months to unlock its full potential, as I wasn’t using it frequently enough to get acquainted with the toy. One day, I decided to try relaxing as much as I could while doing nothing to help my prostate out besides gentle kegels, making the toy nuzzle against my prostate. This approach eventually made me start spasming uncontrollably, and ultimately, led to me finishing by stroking my cock until I had a wet orgasm.
Most recently, I’ve been slowly inserting the Progasm while deeply breathing and relaxing as much as possible. I don’t know what happened after my first positive experience with this toy, but it’s common for my body to start convulsing before the Progasm is even fully inserted, it feels like I’m cumming in a different way, and this feeling hits me in waves. During my last session, I started uncontrollably shaking while the Progasm was halfway inside me. Eventually the toy pulled itself fully inside me, leading to an eye-rolling experience. I could literally feel my dry orgasms oscillating like a sine wave; there would be a slow crescendo that would cause my whole lower half to shake untreatably, followed by a gentle release, only until the toy rested on my prostate again which would start the entire process over. The peaks felt like they were lasting for 45-60 seconds at a time, it was truly unbelievable.
first Super-O achieved
Thought I’d write down how this process went for me (M39). Maybe it’ll help someone else along. I certainly have benefitted of being able to look up other’s experiences on here.
Got an Aneros (Helix Syn V) roughly 5 months ago, quite randomly read about it on reddit. After the first few sessions found that the ‘stairs climbing/ hip rocking’ method allowed me to start feeling where my prostate was. Usually spent 1-1,5 hours on a session, once or twice a week. The initial 3ish months were interesting, but in general I approached it quite actively. Which led to nice feelings, but not the orgasm build up feeling. The first major roadblock I hit about 1,5 months ago, muscles contracting too hard and ejecting the toy on the run up. I got around this by using a towel wrapped around the butt and holding opposite ends, to prevent the toy from getting ejected. This led to the first session of multiple wet orgasms/squirting? kinda thing. This was a bit of a breakthrough, although it felt I squeezed/forced it out. Too much pressure on the prostate/cowper’s gland. At the end of the session I relaxed and stopped moving and that was the first time I started to feel the hint of an ‘orgasm feeling’, that was totally separate from any anal nerve area sensations.
Large toy
I’m enjoying the fullness of the progasm. Is there a larger toy with this or another company that can be used hands free. I’m team do nothing method if that matters.
Peridise burning feeling
I’m an experienced Helix Syn user and recently bought the Peridise (set of 2), mainly to train my muscles and for hemorrhoid prevention. I’ve tried both sizes so far, and the jury is still out on the results…
After inserting the Peridise (both sizes), I get an unpleasant slightly **burning** feeling along most of the length (not just at the anus). After a while it goes away, but comes back too. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m not sure what causes it. Not the lube, as I’m fine with the Helix. Perhaps the hard plastic? There’s no sharp edges that I can notice though.
Regarding technique, I’ve tried the same as with the Helix: doing nothing or slight muscle movements. I’ve had some minor pleasure waves, but never as good as with the Helix. The peristaltic movement that’s sometimes mentioned hasn’t happened yet. If someone has advice regarding technique, any differences with other Aneros models, I’d be happy to hear it.
I’m planning to continue playing with it, see if I can get used to it, but I’m somewhat concerned about the burning feeling, and it’s tempting to use the Helix instead, as it’s more fun 🙂
Brand new user milestone ?
I am brand new to the world of anal play as a whole but have been curious and researching it over the last few years. About 2 weeks ago I decided to finally purchase a Helix Trident and have had 5 or 6 sessions. I am having a good experience so far, and just wanted to compare the path my progress is taking to the average, and maybe get some tips or method critiques. I had been practicing mindfulness meditation and targeting specific muscle groups to relax already so a lot of the principles were familiar to me. It’s taken some getting used to having something up there but I feel like im adjusting well. I feel that “need to pee” and do nothing for a while as I relax my muscles entirely and breathe steadily and deeply. I can envision it sitting there and feel the pressure it provides. In today’s session I decided to slowly, with as little force as possible, flex to a certain point
And today’s session, for the first time, yielded involuntary contractions! It was an interesting feeling but pleasurable, they were rapid and steady instead of “bursty” like i was expecting from what I had read, and if I flexed to a specific strength and held it like that I could keep it going. It was exciting, I have read that that is a sign of progress! Should I be striving for that and to keep it going for as long as possible, or just stay mindful and let it do its thing, relax after a little while, then do it again etc?
Other Orgasm Techniques (Re-Posted)
Over time, whenever I wasn’t having a great time with my Aneros, and I was extremely aroused, I have also liked to combine my sessions with a a variety of different things I was curious about in solo play to achieve multiple orgasms. I always also wished to pursue a HFWO orgasm which kept getting away from me. Despite achieving a SuperO with Aneros, I still wanted to try all options of sexual pleasure, and nothing was off the table (except cheating). Over time, I have tried various techniques and forms of edging, hypnosis, KSMO, binaural beats, kegels, Aless, various drugs and supplements, eStim, a Theragun, dildos, an nJoy wand, nipple play, sounding and even a fucking machine.
To this day I still believe that just using a single Aneros toys is the best way to spend a day or a night (or both) away from your partner. Nothing else is needed and it can take you very very far away into deep inexplicable pleasure.
But I can never satisfy my curiosity. If you haven any others, post a comment or send a message. I will post a review of all of these below over time, but in brief summary:
BDSM: eStim or Sounding 4/10 – not for me. I have invested serious cash into the set up and finally had a hwfo with eStim, using a plug, pads and rings and a quality machine. Quality matters, but to me the orgasm was dulled out by the electricity (or by pain!). Sounding was fun but always felt too invasive. Maybe I need an expert to tie me up and show me the real deal. I would like to try rope play, sensory deprivation and several other things.
