Wednesday morning session,

Hi guys,

I get horny now as I think of my sessions these days, such as the one I had just before sunrise this morning. With the fall equinox arriving in a couple days, the sun rises these days around 7 a.m.

The session lasted about an hour which concluded about 6:30 a.m. I listened to NPR Morning Edition for about 20 minutes, but got depressed at the news. So I proceeded at once to my session in order with Maximus, MGX, and Progasm Classic which began near 5:30 a.m.

Monday morning session: “Really into you!” : September 19

Washington DC weather is one of extremes. We have had several months of relentless heatwaves, but hardly any rain. Recent weeks we have had drought conditions. So today we are having a rainy day for a change with very high humidity. Even the keys of my PC keyboard are laden with yucky moisture!

Also I had mostly a sleepless Saturday night/Sunday morning, so church was a huge drag. I finally arrived home at 3:30 p.m. exhausted, but managed to hang on until I went to bed just after 10 p.m., my usual time. I craved rest and slept like a log until just after 7 this morning, very unusual. I rise usually between 5:30 and 6:30 a.m. I laid in bed this morning and listened to the radio until just after 7:30 a.m. I had serious Aless and really wanted a session.

Aless a day following the breakthrough & Saturday midday session: Wow!

Two great sessions, Sept. 13 & 15, 2016

The splendid, late summer weather with its cool breezes, low humidity, and brilliant sunshine made me pleasantly tired last night. So I went to bed promptly at 10 p.m., my usual bedtime, and didn’t have my session as planned. I laid out my Aneros tools for the session: MGX and Helix Classic.

I slept reasonably well last night. With summer heatwaves exiting, lower autumn temps will arrive in the coming days, along with the low humidity. But we do have one hot day forecast for tomorrow Wednesday with high humidity before we go back to refreshing weather Thursday and Friday.

So this morning right after getting coffee and pastry from 7 Eleven, I proceeded to this morning’s session with the following order of Aneros models: MGX, Helix Classic, Tempo, and Maximus.

This morning I decided to let these models work for themselves according to my body’s desires. The do-nothing-approach does have its advantages for the experienced Aneros user. Thursday morning session, 8/25/16 ; Oh, the sweetness and power found in Aneros sessions, Aless and the Kegels!

So I slept reasonably last night, but even if these days the sun rises at 6:30 a.m., I get up early because I live the life of a disciplined retired scholar/librarian.

I decided to have a session this morning because early tomorrow Wednesday I appointment away from the apartment. So I brought out in order my favorite Aneros tools: MGX, Helix Classic, and Maximus.
