Minor Milestone with the Helix Syn

Hey guys! I have been a lurker in r/aneros and r/prostateplay for a long time. About a month ago, I finally decided to take the plunge and buy myself an aneros. After doing some research, I decided that the Helix Syn seemed like the best toy and the one that was most recommended for beginners. Small Victories, or Wishful Thinking?

Hello guys, I (23M) decided to get myself a Helix Syn as a graduation present. I got it in the mail yesterday. I’ve been reading about prostate orgasms and Aneros toys for several years, and I am so excited to be starting this journey!

When I got the package, I cleaned myself up, lubed up internally with some coconut oil, and popped the Aneros in. It felt great and I kept it in for several hours while I studied for finals and did some other chores. Before I went to bed, I relubed and spent some time really focusing on the feeling of it in my hole. I was listening to a nice relaxing song on repeat, and lightly contracting my PC muscles (Base flex, for you Mindgasm nerds). I kept it contracted at maybe 40% while focusing on my breathing. After maybe 30 or 45 seconds, I could feel the muscles twitching and felt kind of warm and a little dizzy all over. I held it for as long as I could before having to relax the contraction. I was able to do that one or two more times, but at that point I think I started trying too hard and couldn’t make it happen again.

So, my question is, are those “twitching” muscle feelings what you guys call “involuntaries”? And was that kind of warm/dizzy sensation a P-wave? Or am I just too hopeful for early success and misinterpreting fairly benign sensations as something more?

Erection moving prostate farther away?

With my aneros in while doing some PC muscles contractions when it starts to feel nice it always results in me getting an erection and once I get hard the pleasure is lost and the contractions I was doing just a moment earlier don´t seem to work anymore. Then shortly I get soft again and slowly can repeat and again the contractions start to feel nice and I get hard and so on. Each time it is the same story. I guess it is due to the fact that when erect, my prostate is moved a bit farther away.

I feel it is hindering my prograss towards P Waves and HFDO. >:-(

Any advice on how to proceed here? Someone with similar experience?

What stage is this?

I was doing a session for about an 1.5-2 hours the other day and was using the Helix Syn for around an hour, followed by the Progasm. I noticed an unusual feeling that I don’t normally get in my sessions (which normally feel good but are mostly uneventful).

I felt a sudden vibration, and a clenching that would come on and off in my abdomen. Occasionally this would coincide with the flexing of my PC muscle that I was not doing in a voluntary way.

I did not feel a release or a sudden feeling of pleasure like a normal orgasm. I just had this vibration and clenching going on, which felt good but not like a full regular orgasm.

I have been at this for a few years and never got that far before (I was using a do nothing approach).

Is this a prostate orgasm? Or what stage of the process did I get to? I am a little confused. It went on for 5 minutes or so and then I lost it and ended the session.

Any ideas?

Few questions to repeat orgasm and know how muscle works

I have a lot of questions about muscles.
I have been at this for a year with one huge SuperO success about 2-3 months ago with Mindgasm and aneros helix.
That day was without high expectations, with consistent breathing, with perfect tensing without tensing the whole body. I thought after that one time I was already a master and would remember how it happened.
It turns out that I bring new lessons every day, but I don’t know what I bring correct and what I don’t.

I have a problem with
1. distinguishing the PC muscle
2. the style of squeezing them
3. what is a squeeze with a power of 10, and what is an exaggeration?

1 – when squeezing the PC muscle, I should feel the squeezing of the penis and the sensation of “boiling sperm in it?”
2. i can squeeze the muscle as if on a rope with bending the body and zonally without bending the body, which way is correct?
3. don’t know if if if I squeeze at 10 I am not going off the scale, because I start to squeeze other parts of my body like buttocks and abdomen

I have the impression that in the toilet I can stop peeing in two ways, one is to feel it at the anus and avoid clenching the penis, and the other is to withhold urine with the penis itself.

Simple Method that works

Simple method that works well.

1.lay on back knees up, feet flat on bed/floor.

2. Shea Butter for lubricant on non silicone type model.

3.Nipple Stimulation every so often and definitely when orgasm is close if you enjoy doing this.

4.Insert toy then do nothing, DO NOT DO ANY PC CLENCHING, just lay still and let the toy do the massaging, it will take a while but the sensations continually build up until the orgasmic moment in which your body will loose control and start dry orgasming uncontrollably in pure bliss, when it’s time to start clenching your body will start the pc clenches automatically and these involuntary clenches that start on their own when this happens is an orgasm and not the manual style clenching.

The O that happens using this technique feels fantastic and last for several minutes! Works for both prostate and peridise toys.

Tight pelvic floor ruining sessions.

I feel like the more relaxed my pelvic floor muscles are the better it feels but sadly I can never relax those properly, even after 1 hour of laying down with binaural beats belly breathing the whole body relaxed EXCEPT my pelvic floor, I feel like it’s never entirely relaxed (throughout the day neither) and this issue also causes me to have erection problems in normal life too. Seems I did this to myself by sitting by my PC for the last 15 years for 15 hours a day and subconciously holding pee much of the time due to focus on gaming, very sad.

Any idea on this? Anyone else feels the same during their session? Any advice is highly appreciated too. Thanks!

All I can do is a wet coregasm / need help!

I have been using my aneros helyx syn trident (forgot exact name) for 3 years now but mostly just to boost my penile orgasms strenth. separating the floor and pc muscles

hey all! i posted a while back asking about any tips on the process of separating the two muscle groups, but should’ve been more specific.

for those of you that had to consciously gain control of both groups independently, was it gradual, or kind of sudden? does control come with strength?

i feel kind of stuck in that aspect and am not sure if i’m on the right track
