Rediscovering “Active Aless”

Background:
Most of the time, my Aless is “passive”. Usually, I feel it following a nice Aneros session and it continues for a while, depending on the massager I selected. My involvement is only as a outside observer. This morning, however, I am not “scheduled” for a session until tomorrow morning. I am in bed, just chilling when I began to get a nice prostate “nudge” which caused me to do some very slight PC contractions. Was I amazed at the result!

Technique:
Here I am, lying in bed on my right side, just like in a regular Aneros session. I sense a strong sensation from my prostate and encourage more. Before long, I am deeply breathing, and have some prostate orgasms which caused a tingle up my spine. My cock started to get erect and I developed some involuntary PC or anal contractions as well. My focus really was on my prostate and how it was feeling. It felt just like a “regular” Aneros session, sans the Aneros! Amazing feelings! I stopped after about 20 minutes but could have continued longer.

Conclusion:
I will categorize this as an “Active Aless” session (versus “Passive Aless”). The takeaway for me is that I do not need to insert an Aneros massager to experience the erotic pleasures of a prostate massage. All that is needed is my body and a willingness to experience prostate orgasms. The rest will happen by itself! IMHO, the mindset has to be “right” to experience the full ecstatic pleasures of “active Aless”.

“How Deep Is The Well?—-A Reflection”

While listening to a familiar track on YouTube this morning, I began to reflect on our male sexuality.

[I had a session recently where I experienced a 2-hour refractory period after release of some prostate fluid. It caught me by surprise. In essence, I lost all desire for anything sexual. It was an “empty” feeling—one which came on very suddenly and without warning. After the period was over, I did regain most of my sexuality].

—–

Then, continuing to listen, I reflected on our male sexuality: “Will It Be There When You Need It?” Of course, “it” refers to our arousal—our erections. It is those erections that seems to “trigger” something much deeper within us. [Here I got a sense of a sexual “well”]. Without that erection, we can’t even begin to look down into the well. Can we see the bottom? What is in the well? This reflection continued……

—–

What is it, then that makes our prostates pulse? [Here, I began to perform nice PC contractions in sync with the music]. After all, no doubt about it, we will need our prostates to be involved in our sexual decisions and actions. Our sexual “wells” run very deep. What’s in yours?

What turns you on? Is it a sight? A touch? A smell? A taste? A sound? Ah….these are the senses. it seems to me, then that we as males are “wired” for sex. We have to be. There are things that will trigger a sexual response in us. We like it, we need it, and we desire it.

“Therapeutic Prostate Massage or Sensual, Erotic and Pleasurable Prostate Massage?”

[My friends, Ron and Bill are fictitious. They are used here to prove a point.]

I have two friends, Ron and Bill to whom I recommended Aneros prostate massage. Ron uses his massager to control his BPH symptoms and he tells me that it does a great job! Bill, on the other hand, doesn’t have BPH but uses his prostate massager to achieve wonderful, sensual anal and prostate pleasure. Which one is using his prostate massager correctly?

-=-=-=-

The answer: They both are! Prostate massage is an activity that can have therapeutic benefits (such as control of BPH symptoms) as well as sensual, sexual “side-effects”. Thanks to @rumel for an important clarification that both aspects of prostate massage are valid. We are free to interpret our prostate massages any way we like.

Using prostate massage for therapeutic purposes is beneficial to me. I have seen a marked reduction in my BPH symptoms since performing almost daily sessions for 3-4 days now with my HIH 950 massager. Just last night, I didn’t get up once!

This morning, following the recommended “routine” of 15 minutes “do-nothing” followed by 30 cycles of slow PC contractions/releases, I began to get a feeling like I was going to ejaculate. I kept performing some PC contractions when all of a sudden, I began to “cycle” the massager very quickly. It seemed like it was on “automatic-pilot” and I really didn’t have any control over what was happening. But it felt so good, I didn’t want it to stop. This went on for perhaps another 15-20 minutes. It was time to get up so I ended this nice session to get ready for the day.

Newbie confused with the muscle spasms

I just got the Helix Trident, and have been using it for a few days. From my (limited) understanding, the relaxation of the muscles is what is supposed to build up to the super-o. And during the build-up, the muscles are supposed to involuntarily move. I had a recent session where I did have involuntary muscle spasms, but they were due to/during the contraction of my PC muscles. I think the muscles were too tired and my body started shaking all over. Is this normal?

TheMaskedPornStar – 20 year old – Aneros Newcomer

Aneros session number 1; Friday 9th March 2018

Received my aneros package of a Helix Syn, and a Vice earlier in the week (Monday I think) but I had read that some guys vocalise involuntarily and didn’t want to embarrass myself and get caught, I didn’t see any alone time during the week until Saturday so I wasn’t planning to ride on Friday, I was just caught off guard by people leaving the house unexpectedly, saw my opportunity and used my Helix Syn for the first time.
I laid down on the floor, flat on my back. Knees bent to maybe 80°with my feet flat on the floor. I started doing kegels, very deliberately and actively contracting my PC muscles, instead of the relax and do nothing method, within ten minutes I had an incredible hands free wet orgasm, which I read is actually rare and very sought after, I will say, the only difference between it and a normal orgasm for me is very subtle. I did however ride the “just gone over the edge” pleasurable warmth that comes right before the inevitable throbbing and pulsing as I cum. It felt like several (maybe 5-10) seconds instead of the brief “oh fuck yeah” moment. The biggest difference was mentally, I really EXPERIENCED that wave of pleasure rather than just “felt” it. It was tangible. I almost felt like I was swimming in it. That and my arm wasn’t sore haha. Plus after I came, I guess habit took over and I thought my session was over. I had felt energised but I wasn’t horny, or at least I thought I wasn’t, I did get a raging hard on with a feeling of energy again that would not be sated, around 15 minutes after my HFWO, in combination with pleasurable “morning stretch”/butterflies sensations in my rectum (some have informed me that this may be P-Waves). So I decided to crack a wank out. Nothing special to report with the wank.

First moment, first aneros experience, first time.

I saw my opportunity as the people in the house left quite unexpectedly, got on my back, put it in, started doing PC contractions. Within TEN MINUTES i had a hands free wet orgasm. Quit the first impression aneros. Definitely coming back for more, Will update with new experiences as they cum.

CRIMSONWOLF CHIMES IN ON ALESS MARCH 15, 2015

So, Crimsonwolf was a meteor across the Aneros community skies.. He rapidly found himself very successfully anerosing and just as quickly Alessing “all the way”.
Here is something he posted to a forum thread that I had started (I had completely forgotten about) in 2014, called “Telling your Friends [about Aneros]. That thread is kind of interesting all by itself. Here it is:

Greetings, Gentlemen –

I wanted to post this earlier today, but I had too much going on. So here we go…

A lot has changed since I had my first multiples/super-os. I’ve been asked how I’ve managed to start getting these without using a toy, or a-less, as some might say. As happy as I am to share any information with you gents, I’m a bit hesitant to do this, because I do not wish to send anyone down a path that may cause delays in their experience of pleasure and self-awareness.

In order for me to explain this from my perspective, I’m going to say some things that some might find disagreeable. What has proven effective for me may not help you in any way, but I do believe that we are, in fact, more similar than we are different. As such, I don’t think it’s unreasonable for anyone to describe their personal bodily experience, as long as it’s understood that it’s not meant to be advice. Ok?

On with it…

NEROS ALESS TECHNIQUE TRANSCRIPT 2015

Neros was around from 2014 to 2016 and became an Aless expert. This is a forum post he made back then. I don’t know if it’s still accessible, so I am putting on my blog. But all the credit goes to him! Thank you, neros, wherever you are!!

NEROS TECHNIQUE FOR A-LESS
Now I’m gonna preface this by saying this is just my opinion based on my experiences BUT that said the principles I’m going to talk about are ones that tantric sexuality has been talking about for centuries.

Plus, I know I’m not unique in my experiences. There are plenty of men on here who have experienced the same things I have and have experienced success using stuff I’ve talked about before.

So, try what I suggest in this post and you’ll probably be pleased with the results.

So, let’s get into it.

“Rewiring”

We are all pretty much the same physically.

Some of us have different positioned prostates or different sizes BUT we are all pretty much similar

Barring any traumatic injuries, physically we all have the ability to have the super orgasm.

In the same way that men who have a healthy functioning genitals will be able to ejaculate if stimulated in the right way.

BUT, ejaculation is EASY. It’s an instinctive thing that most of us discovered by sheer accident at a young age.

Dealing with strong, insistent Aless

Hi guys,

Last week, @goldenboy and I exchanged several PM’s on a question he asked me. I had to do with the question how you deal with a strong, insistent Aless. Goldenboy asked me if one should have either an Aneros session or a masturbation session complete with an ejaculatory climax to reduce the intensity of a particularly strong, insistent Aless.

My answer to @goldenboy to his questions here was in negative. I think that jacking off while it produces relief for a guy experiencing strong Aless, but it would shortchange the benefits of Aless. Likewise having another Aneros so soon after the one producing strong, insistent Aless would have unproductive consequences.

Strong, persistent Aless following a good Aneros session is an opportunity for a guy to interact with his Aless in remarkable ways. Also Aless following Aneros session is the body’s and even one mind’s way of integrating within yourself at a deep level the feelings experienced in Aneros sessions themselves.

So when you experience strong, insistent Aless, focus upon its intensity. Is your Aless centered in and around your prostate? Is your prostate pulsating sweetly and strongly? Or is your well-exercised anal canal and musculature also involved? Does it feel that your prostate massage is still inserted, massaging away, when you have strong Aless? Interact with all these sensations through the Kegels, nipple stimulation (diddling), and deep and slow rhythmic breathing? How does your penis and testicles feel in strong Aless? Is your penis erect or does there feel as though there is strong, persistent Aless at the at the root and bulb of your penis? Does this post session travel up and down your cockshaft? Is it localized in your Glans? You may want to expand upon these questions and experiences.

“Chairgasm Anyone?”

Aless orgasms are always satisfying for the Aneros user. I come to experience them almost daily now. Some of them are very subtle, others are more intense. They continue with my continuing Aneros sessions. Sometimes, an Aless “session” will come unexpectedly, as this morning’s “chairgasm” will attest…..

—–

While sitting at my hard computer chair this morning, I began to experience some strong Aless and so I wanted to see just how this “chairgasm” compared to a “regular” Aneros session. I drew several parallels between the two:

—First, I found the “right” spot on the chair which seemed to put the most pressure on my prostate externally.
—When I found that spot, I slowly began to rock back-and-forth (forward and backward) on the chair, thus magnifying the feelings.
—All the while, I can feel stronger sensations (orgasms?) building-up. Yes, it does take some time, just as in a real Aneros session.
—I just relax and let the orgasms envelop my mind and body (almost like in an Aneros session “trance”). No hurry here.
—I decide when this chair “session” is over.

Sounds quite similar to an Aneros session where the PC contractions are replaced by the “rocking” in the chair!

Chairgasm—-a highly rewarding experience!
