Recently purchased a helix-syn – not feeling anything

I recently purchased an Aneros helix-syn, and was super excited to try it out. The first time I used it, I couldn’t really feel much of anything. I emptied bowels out before, tried to relax, get aroused etc., but after 30 minutes or so I just couldn’t feel anything. “Male Chastity: Going The Distance”

Finally someone results! + tips?
