Beginner user of a Helix here. I have gotten down to using it twice a week to try to get my body used to the sensation. However, after the last time I used it, I pulled it out to see red at the tip. It didn’t feel much different using it that time, nor did it hurt.
What should I do? Can I keep using it twice a week like I have been? Or should I wait a bit longer before using it again?

If you were being gentle, this could be a sign from something unrelated. Keep checking your stool when you go to the washroom. If you see any sign of blood, you may want to go to a doctor about it. You can’t be too safe.
Did you have any pain? Its prob just some fecal matter.
