  1. Maybe. Tbh, never tried it. It might make your body more used to the toy, if that’s a problem for you (for example if it feels uncomfortable). But the real issue is, will it make your prostate more sensitive to stimulation from the toy? To do that, I think you would need to be relaxing, doing contractions, and focusing your mind on the sensations. That’s what it takes to “make progress”. Not sure that just sitting with it in would help. My guess is, not much.
