  1. I would think no more than a week, but it probably varies from person to person. Waiting too long can be counter productive because it can raise your expectations going in.

    The routine that has worked for me so far is roughly 3-4 times a week, or 1-2 day breaks. And I have a rule that I don’t have a TO unless I’ve done an aneros session that day. Should note that I haven’t had a mind blowing super O yet but I’ve made significant progress.

  2. It’s never about any particular amount of time. Just hold off until the desire and sexual feelings are naturally strong. Your body will let you know when it wants satisfaction. Make sure to listen 🙂

  3. The state of arousal probably has a role to play. But I have also had extraordinary sessions only 2 or 3 hours after I have ejaculated (and I’m 62 years old).

  4. This isn’t a thing for me. I can have prostate pleasures hours after a traditional orgasm.
