Constant PC muscles flex is showing some results…

Hi. Until my last session, my prostate play with the Aneros was always being performed in one of this two ways: a) keeping my PC and anal muscles totally relaxed, or b) clenching and releasing intermittently, with a rather fast pace.

Then, user u/shavedyng told me, on this same subreddit, a third approach to prostate play. Flexing my PC muscles just a bit, and holding them for several minutes. Then releasing (breathing) and again, flexing them at 10% and holding it.

A couple of days ago, I did it this way. At least, I tried. First I waited until I was really horny, and then I inserted the Aneros in my butt. To be honest, I wasn’t able to calibrate the contraction at 5 or 10% and I think I was flexing the muscles at 30-40%, but still I tried my best to not clench heavily like I used to do.

Then, I waited… After 20 or 30 minutes, I started to feel good, better than other times, and for just a few seconds I felt, for the first time in my life (after years of prostate play), how my anal muscles started to contract rhythmically by themselves. The involuntary movements. I couldn’t believe it was happening… but I lost my focus and after 3 involuntary contractions, it stopped.

This brought a bit of hope to my journey, honestly. Whenever I read people talking about those involuntary contractions I honestly couldn’t believe it. Now I know it is real, the only question is how long they can last…

By the way, a side note, the MGX Trident is working much better for me than the Helyx Trident, with less soreness.

  1. Great news. Involuntaries early in your journey can be triggered by simply fatiguing the muscles. That’s what you did. Holding a weak contraction for a long time will eventually wear you out and the muscles spasm trying to hold on. Just like that last rep of weight lifting or that last sit-up. The muscles flutter.

    Now that you felt that tickle. Don’t worry about getting more involintaries. Now focus on that tickle. Envision it. Think about it. Relax. Take a break from flexing and try again in 15mins.

    I also find that changing positions can reset the muscles once they are totally exhausted.

    Over time once you master all of this you won’t need to exhaust those muscles to get Involintaries. I can get them with about 5mins of focus now. But right now you are rewriting. You are training. But most importantly, you are making progress!!

  2. I still don’t really know if i’m oing does kegels right. Do you tighten the sfincter too? Or only the muscles between balls and anus?
