  1. First, it takes a lot of patience. It won’t happen in just a few minutes. You need to set aside like at least 30-45 minutes. Start with just relaxing, clearing your mind, then insert the toy. Do nothing for maybe 5 minutes. Meanwhile, get aroused — watch some porn, read an erotic story, or just fantasize, to get horny. Then begin the contractions. Pull it in, *but* only like half way, not a full contraction, just a light one, and hold it for a few seconds, then let go. Repeat. Then hold it a little longer, let go. Repeat a few times. Finally, try holding it halfway in, as long as you can. Your muscles won’t be able to do that very long, and will start quivering.

That’s the beginning of an involuntary. Keep repeating, pulling the toy in more, then less, then letting go, holding it, and repeating. By now your prostate should be getting stimulated. Keep going, trying to hold longer and longer times until you finally only have partial control; meaning even when you relax, your muscles should spasm a bit and draw the toy back in. Those are involuntaries.

    Good luck!

  2. Unfortunately for me it’s the do nothing method. Took me more or less a year of “nothing happened” before some minor contractions to happened.

Maybe try incorporating aneros into your masturbation session? I remember when I first started nothing would happen, gave up and ended up masturbating and coming with my aneros in me.
