Getting P-Wave Shocks… How To Increase Their Duration?

So I’ve been getting better at relaxing my entire backside, and finding that when I fully relax, I feel a quick flex of my (what I’m guessing is) my rectal muscles, and it sends a shot of pleasure through me. It’s a slingshot-like experience, and has definitely brought me the most pleasure so far. It’s a sharp shot, then I have to relax to draw the slingshot back again.
I’m pretty sure this is a P-Wave because it feels hella good. But what should I be aiming for? Relaxing more so that it shocks more often? Or work on elongating the duration of the shock? And if it’s the latter, what’s a good method for doing it? This feels great, I’m just not sure how to make it sustain…



  1. Congrats on the big progress. I find once the waves start best is to relax into them. Just let them flow, no pushing for more or trying to make better. Just relishing the feelings and soon more and more are cumming along carrying me away. Happy riding!
