What is this

I am about 3 months into my Aneros journey,no Super o’s yet ,lately sitting on a chair i have had some lovely feelings coming from the perineum area, the last two days these feelings have ramped up a notch not only is there a lot of pleasure but there now seems to be some throbbing/ pulsating sensations and it seems that having erotic thoughts whilst on a chair with no Aneros in can bring these sensations on,also i release some semen,it this all part of the journey ?,am i experiencing an orgasm or a precurser to that ?

  1. That sounds like the prostate is waking up and rewiring. Its all part of the process and a good sign. Three months was about my time frame as well.

  2. OMG keep doing it!!! I promise it will just keep getting better and better!!

  3. Yep this a common milestone. Rewiring is just learning to feel the subtle sensations and associating it with arousal. You gain more fine motor control with practice which leads to more consistent results.

A successful poster used a great analogy. When you first start playing piano or guitar, you can not move your 3rd or 4th fingers independently, but over time you are able to separate them and play more complicated stuff.

When you first start using the aneros, most people cannot separate the PC muscle from the sphincter muscles and end up clenching all of them too hard which leads to nothing or even discomfort. I think at least half of the people who buy an aneros get to this point and quit. Another 25 percent enjoy it, but cant get involutaries going and just use it as a plug. Another 25 percent get really nice pleasure from it and half of those people are able to achieve Super Os.

I think the sitting stimulation occurs from the prostate/pelvic muscles being in a different position and it allows the involutaries to start. Some people are even able to have “chair-gasms. After productive sessions, I occasionally can feel some dancing going on down there when watching TV or driving.
