I know it’s gross, but can I get a breakdown on the anatomy of the anus, specifically in regards to ensuring a clean cavity?

1. If you are trying to have a cleaner bum without douching I recommend getting fiber that you mix with water and drink

2. Your anus stays pretty clean in the lower end. There is a chamber of sorts that stays empty until you are ready for a bowel movement. That feeling you need “to go” comes when the chamber has stuff in it. This is why you can generally have a mostly clean experience without lots of prep.

   You will get a feel for when you are clean. If your BMs have a firm consistentancy (aka not messy/runney) you are good to go.

   You are still sticking something in your anus though. Rinse and clean your toy with soap and your drawer will stay fresh.

   …and as others have said, wash your toys in soap and water after use.

   You can also put them in a condom before inserting, which also helps with keeping them from being stained by shit.

   If your toys start smelling, you can disinfect them in boiling water, or toy cleaning fluid.
