I had my first super, but can’t get it back

First let me just say while other people may hate covid, its been one of the greatest things ever for me because I don’t think i would have ever discovered my prostate otherwise. That said, it took 1 month to discover the aneros, 2 months to experience an amazing “wave”, then purchased my second aneros a progasm because for me the syn just isn’t girthy enough; and then it took another month before my first super-o three nights ago.

Now three days later including what feels like an 18 hour session yesterday ive yet to be able to “get it back” and I know it is about not being mentally aroused enough. My super-o definitely started from my brain and where my mind went after seeing this particular scene in a porn that really got me thinking very dirty thoughts and those dirty thoughts built up and eventually led to an explosion in my ass. The progasm was moving on its own for what felt like 10 seconds though i’m sure it was less. Also the second set started to come on but my brain shut it out. I’ve had the pretextual feelings again but cant seem to let my brain get me there again.

Any suggestions?

  1. You are on the right path. It seems to be a step-by-step progression. That’s the case with me anyway. And some of these steps can last weeks or even months. Regular practice and abandoning expectations will help you move forward. It’s not easy after an extraordinary session, but don’t think that the skills you’ve gained are lost. It will happen again sooner or later.

  2. When I first started a year and a half ago I had an incredible Aneros Super O & an Aless Super O. I still remember them well. I haven’t been able to duplicate them. My sessions continue to slowly always get better & better. When the super O happens again that will be wonderful. But for now I’ll continue to enjoy the ride here and now. Don’t chase it but learn all the little cumulative things that add up and slowly get you there. I’m still going through this. Good luck. 👍

  3. I’ve been on the journey now for a couple of years, and I’ve had great success, experiencing absolutely mind-blowing super-Os that far surpass any PIV orgasms. But they don’t happen every time. I will have multiple sessions in a row that have amazing prostate orgasms, anal orgasms and super-Os. But then I’ll have multiple sessions where nothing much happens at all. It can be frustrating, but I try hard to appreciate every session for what it is. Knowing what I am capable of makes it more bearable, as I know that sooner or later I’ll have a session that literally blows me away. Last night was a case in point. I had experienced a series of sessions over the last couple of weeks where I didn’t have any prostate response at all. Then last night I had one of the best sessions ever, with multiple super-O cascades that lasted long minutes each. So great I promised during the session to tell my future self the next day how utterly amazing the orgasms were.

One thing I’ve learned is that the “listen for the whisper” technique is spot on. I can now tell when my prostate is ready for a session by paying attention to how it feels during the day. If I wait for my prostate to tell me it’s ready, the session is always amazing. If I try to have a session because I have an alone-time opportunity, and don’t have the “I’m ready” signal from the p-spot, it typically is not a super-O session.

Also, weed and poppers are a big help when the prostate is ready for a session, but will not save a dud session if the prostate isn’t signaling its readiness.
