How do you separate your PC muscles from your sphincter muscles?

I’m fairly well-versed in anal play, but I have yet to experience an anal orgasm. Currently I’m using the Helix Syn, and I’m trying to figure out how to flex the PC muscle and the sphincter independently to induce that wave-like imbalance. Are there any tips to help with this separation? I know it’s mostly practice, but what exactly am I practicing?

  1. pc is the feeling of holding your pee. sphincter is basically clenching your cheeks. ive been doing these with my Helix Syn but i think i need to upgrade to something bigger because it barely touches my spot

  2. u/cheftingle posted a document that includes an excersise to learn better muscle control. It involves holding a contraction and slowly lowering your contractile force in intervals to learn controls over the specific muscles. Give the guide a read.

    But in general focusing on specific parts of your inguinal region while trying to do varying low force contractions is the way to go.
    Its takes practise so good luck.

  3. Practice until you can move the toy in and out just by using your internal ass muscles alone. People have reverse engineered the explanation in terms of the muscle! names but in the end it’s down to practice and building up the muscle control and muscle tone through practice or Kegel exercises.
