  1. Fairly normal.

I’ve read many testimonials, even from people who already experience super o’s, that sometimes they go stretches of dud session after dud session… then, for no particular reason, it all comes back.

  2. Relax. Take four or more day’s off. Keep doing PC exercises on and off with maybe some light nipple play here and there.
Your prostate will react when its ready/recovered.
I had a total dud session on Wed so took two days off. Then on Saturday and Sunday things woke up with Progasm & ALESS orgasms pretty much writing off the daylight hours of both days.. so yeah.. let things settle, including your mind and come back to it when ready.
I guess there’s always a small fear element when nothing happens that one has ‘lost’ the ability, when in a lot of ways it’s just your prostate having a bit of a refractory period.

  3. Take some time off, abstain from ejaculation, and don’t try to take any shortcuts.

  4. In my experience that happens if you as the observer become involved in the whole process from a egoic perspective trying to manipulate the experience in any way. Thus expectations arise again and the need to make it a “better” session.
