    In normal session I’m just laying on my stomach or my side with one leg strechted to.the side and I’m not doing any kegels.
    Just slow breathing.
    Might meditation help to relax even more. Any recommedation?

    Get rid of t he expectations! Yes, not ejaculating makes it easier to achieve prostate orgasms.
    But you’ll go into the next session with huge expectations to have something huge happening. And this decreases your chances of that thing happening again.

    Lube and choice of toy are less important than most think, helpful tools, but in the end it’s all about your mindset.
