I’m giving up

After a few years of trying with sort of Aneros toys (Helix, Maximus, Eupho, Progasm, MGX) i’m giving up… My prostate was probably not made for playing… Never anything more than twitching, at the end and because of kegel excercises twitched a lot of muscles close and far from my anus. Maybe I made my nerves too sensitive so now I’m fearing that I damaged them. So bye bye Aneros…

  1. I have a similar story. I’ve tried every prostate massager you can think of both with and without vibration over several years. It often feels mildly good but nowhere near an hfo or a super o. The most exciting thing which happens is sometimes everything tenses up and I get a strong urge to poop and sometimes things get messy. Should I just give up? Do I need more of a clean out? Am I trying too hard? I’ve tried abstaining for a week beforehand. Some people say it just happens but not for me yet. Maybe I’m wired differently. Any tips or tricks I’m missing?

  4. It goes without saying that every body and mind is different. I think the variation of our physical bodies is miniscule in comparison to how our minds our wired. Almost everyone has a prostate, it may be a different size or position, but it’s there and it’s almost always receptible to sensations.

    I would like to think that the correlation between people who have success and those that don’t are the ones who understand and have a good connection with their mind/body. It seems that people who engage in mindfulness activities like meditaiton, take psychedelics or are generally more curious people have better success. If you are the type of person who cannot sit still for long and has a mind that constantly demands attention, then it is going to be very hard to tune into subtle feelings in your anus and prostate. It is also going to be difficult to be an observer of those feelings rather than wishing they would turn into pleasurable ones.

  5. Don’t give up. It took me almost 6 years to finally get to where I am. Relaxing is key. I found less lube actually is better. It allows the muscles to grab the toy better. Breathing too. I had almost given up but was determined. And the feeling was worth the patience.

  6. I’ve given up about 5 different times and thrown at least 1 toy away so far out of frustration. I’m on the forum today because i’ve had a breakthrough and had some questions, but i wanted to mention this just in case you’ve changed your mind. I was reading about techniques and stuff and came across this [Mindgasm.net](https://Mindgasm.net) site someone recommended and tried it for the hell of it. I definitely didn’t have a Super O, but I went from only getting some involuntary twitches here and there to a completely obvious build up to the Super O that felt incredible all over and I could feel a deep massage for the first time. It felt like I was getting there, but I think i’ve still got another roadblock to get through first. I’ll figure it out in time. Basically though what i learned from Mindgasm is to relax more even though i thought i was. Using the headphones and the hypnotic beat of the music with the exercise instructions really put me in the right mental state. It also taught me how to at least slightly work my Prostate and Anus muscles separately from each other, which i thought was just BS until i noticed the difference. The funniest part for me was that I didn’t even have the crazy feel good build up until after i had sort of given up on the Mindgasm stuff and just put on some meditate music and decided to read up on more techniques. It was like i turned some switch on making the right connection between the nerves after doing the Mindgasm stuff. I had forgotten about even doing any sort of movement just letting the aneros sit inside when all of a sudden i felt something happening on its own for the first time . I was shocked so i dropped my phone and just let it wash over me. And once that first time happened I was like holy shit I can’t believe it . It was so exciting that i literally spent 5 hours just trying to keep them going on here and there. They did and got even more intense a few times. I guess my whole point here is that I was right where you are several times, but i do promise- if you get to the point I reached I don’t think its possible to ever give up again. I was thinking the same stuff like maybe i was too rough with other toys on my prostate. Hell just the night before i had my wifes G spot vibrator in there going to town trying to get that feeling i’ve been craving. I’m 100% convinced that learning those details that Mindgasm taught me were what pushed me to this point. Just a thought. You don’t even need a toy in to do it. I practiced while driving until i could get time for a real session like last night. Anyway best of luck either way.
