Impatience

Hey Guys,
I’ve had a few sessions in the last couple of weeks with nice and pleasurable feelings. My prostate starts twitching and I am getting quite aroused.
My problem is, that after a while I get to impatient and try to „chase“ the orgasm.
Classical porn does not work for me as it is too distracting. Audioporn works better and I will try to combine it with some weed and a blindfold to really „melt“ in the feeling.
Any tips or recommendations what else I could try?

  1. Really just meditation and mindfulness. Everything will be so much easier to achieve once you can let go of “wanting” something, just accept what you currently experience. I can definitely relate to the chasing, as probably all successful prostate players can. Just notice that you are going into chase mode, and don’t feel bad about it, because that’s just a new layer of problems. Or if this analogy works better: let go, even of the “wanting to let go”. The only sensations that you ever experienced was in the “now”, no matter how hard you try.

  2. I know this isn’t for everybody but what helped me a bit in the beginning was No porn, no audio porn, no distractions of any kind. Complete silence. I also use a sleeping mask over my eyes for complete darkness. Believe it or not this helped me to really focus on my sensations and feelings. Also it put me in the right mindset. For some people this might be difficult but it gave me the most progress. Good luck.

  3. Depending on your personal stance on poppers, they are great when combined with weed and hypno/binaural/pmv. If you are familiar with the concept of “dropping into trance,” taking a hit of poppers while high will make you feel like your falling into a relaxed state. For me, I don’t care about penile stimulation in this state so it really puts me in the mood to just sit back and experience the present.

    Another thing you could try is lidocaine or benzocaine on your penis. For lidocaine, aspercream makes a 4% topical (be sure it is the one with lidocaine.) For benzocaine, you’ll want the generic orajel 20% in the tooth care section. You’ll need to apply them and let them sit for at least an hour to numb the area.

    1) try mindfulness meditation and use this technique during when you start to get antsy and force things.

    2) As soon as you find yourself trying to force it, conclude your session.

    3) If you are a weed enthusiast, try a little bit before your session. Not too much, but enough to get you to really relax and just enjoy the ride. If you don’t like weed, then don’t use it. But it has helped me.

  5. Here’s a meditation exercise: bring attention to your rosebud. Notice what it’s feeling now … and now … and now. Notice how tiny tingling pleasures develop and spread. Devote your attention to them … feel them spreading inward to the external and internal sphincter. Notice how enjoyable these feelings are, and how they differ from the rosebud’s. Notice the cock head responding to them.

    Keep attending as the sensations move even further inward, to the PC muscle. Feel it turning on. You may feel involuntary contractions begin at this point, but whether or no, enjoy what you’re feeling now.

    Rededicate all your attention to this pleasure! Feel the cock responding to it. Feel the sensations moving even deeper, to the band of muscle supporting the prostate itself. Feel that muscle firm up. Feel the prostate engorge. Fluttering sensations of involuntary contractions are very likely now. But whatever pleasure you’re getting, celebrate it.

    If you’re having contractions, pay close attention to them. Feel where they are, and how they respond to one another, as if the prostate is dancing in your chute. There’s a good chance waves of contraction are moving back and forth.

    Respond to them. Breathe deep into your groin; feel how that affects the contractions. Let out a moan or grunt and feel its effects on the contractions.

    Feel free to play with your contractions; add your own voluntary tightening here and there, mixing it up with the involuntary dance. Notice the general intensity of contractions increasing.

    Devote your attention to this pleasure and feel it increasing, wave after wave. Add your breaths, grunts, moans and voluntary squeezes. Ride it higher and higher…
