  1. I’m struggling with this myself.

    I do noise-cancelling headphones playing binural beats, and a sleep mask to block out the light, and I’m usually laying on bed, and boy is that comfy. 🙂

    It’s very difficult to stay awake, especially since I tend to play right before bed.

    Lately I’ve taken to reading or surfing porn pics to stay awake. It works but it’s distracting.

    I’ve taken to drinking a cup of coffee right before bed, going to see if that destroys my rest. It will probably help me stay awake however, so I’m willing to try it.

  2. Put your attention on breathe. Nothing else. Feel how the air is filling your lungs. Feel how the air is going out of your lungs. Stay focused on this.
