  1. Not really. I have a lot of solo practice, however. I started pplay relatively late in life to enhance my normal sex life. I would suggest that you try solo and masturbate with your toy inserted before trying it with your gf. It’s really awesome when you get the hang of it.

I wouldn’t recommend this method if however you think that in the future you would like to achieve Super O’s in solo play. In that scenario, do more solo play until you can achieve regular pgasms before touching your penis.

  2. Is there a reason you don’t use it solo? I’d give it some practice. It’s a new avenue you your brain is trying to understand, I remember having some issues early on trying to maintain an erection while my prostate was being stimulated. I’ve found going back and forth between solo sessions and partner sessions really helped me identify things that I need to work on, and helped bring out sensations I wasn’t getting solo.

If you’re not interested in the aneros solo, you might get better results during playtime with your SO with a plug instead. The aneros is a pretty cerebral toy and to get the maximum benefit from it can take some practice.
