Okay, forgive the title. I’ve been on my journey toward prostate orgasm on and off for a couple of years and I’ve unconventionally worked backwards towards the helix. Unlike most beginners, my main toy has been a eupho since my third session. I was intimidated by the bigger aneros toys, but after many sessions I got the helix syn V which has given me some nice pleasure. The eupho is the toy that’s brought me the closest to orgasm, so I thought it would be worth trying the regular helix syn trident, since it’s smaller than the V. I had my first session with the helix last night and I had some very nice pleasure. I find the Eupho and Paradise (small one) to be awesome! The larger Aneros are good at “Milking” while the thinner ones are great for waves and tingling orgasms. I would highly recommend you get the Paradise if Eupho has been the best for you. I love Eupho and all the small movements/tingles. But when it comes to having waves and HFO, small paradise does it for me.

I, similar to you, worked backwards towards Helix trident (non-syn), starting many years ago w/ my fingers and knockoff crap, all of which can make me cum all the same.
I didn’t go to medical school, but that pressure where your prostate is might very well BE your prostate getting hard. Mine’s been doing that since puberty, and the tension only increases when horny and wanting a p-gasm.
Maintaining that tension brings on p-gasms for me consistently, and i was only able to do that by cranking out the kegels. Multiple sets of 100 every day, or as much as you can manage until you can comfortably crank out 100 full-squeeze kegels back-to-back. Switch up how you do the kegels. Double-squeeze. Do them standing up completely straight. Squeeze and hold.
If you want a p-gasm, you gotta do your kegels. Amongst other things, but that’s the 20% of work for your 80% benefit
