Hip action while massaging?

How many of you find that getting your hips rocking or undulating with Aneros inserted is the key to success? I don’t normally aim to put them in motion but I did today and it seemed to have a very positive effect which seemed to allow me to contract my pelvic muscles firmer and with more of a rhythm and purpose. Feeling like I may have unlocked a vital component to take me a step closer towards Super-O. Orgasms were top notch today.

  2. I find that rocking my hips takes me down the HFWO pathway rather than the Super-O pathway. So I avoid it.

  3. I use my hips more when I’m doing a session on the floor. It definitely gets things going. I also prop my legs up on a bench or couch. Just need to adjust a lot so that the device does not impede its movement by contacting the floor. Seems like laying on a hard surface has been working better lately, than laying on a couch or bed.

  4. I also like when i move my hips. BUT I will also get an HFWO. It feels amazing and also lasts long but I want several dry O. Hope to get there.

  5. Yes… it helps move the aneros over the prostate, which is the key… rock and rotate your hips and you can decide… No problem achieving HFDO’s with this method… also leg positions are key… hold them straight and tight, legs up & feet flat on the bed… any way you can get that massager moving is a huge plus… also squeeze/release forge massager inside you, at different strengths will help hammer your prostate once you get it moving around… takes practice and work… good luck
