Hip action while massaging?

How many of you find that getting your hips rocking or undulating with Aneros inserted is the key to success? I don’t normally aim to put them in motion but I did today and it seemed to have a very positive effect which seemed to allow me to contract my pelvic muscles firmer and with more of a rhythm and purpose. Feeling like I may have unlocked a vital component to take me a step closer towards Super-O. Orgasms were top notch today.

Looking to get a 3rd Aneros model…. Need some help

I have the Eupho and the Progasm Jr. I MUCH prefer the Eupho over the Progasm Jr and it’s mainly due to the rigidity of the Progasm Jr in reference to the K-tab.

The Eupho is just comfortable and does a great job but am looking for something equally comfortable but will provide a new sensation/experience.

With that, I think going with a Syn model is wise. Was thinking the Helix makes good sense as it’s a proven model but maybe it’s too much like the Eupho and I’d get more contrasting sensations from the MGX.

So I guess what I’m asking is…. if you already had a Eupho, would opt for the Helix or the MGX?

What’s likely going on here?

I’ve been at this for a few months now and am pleased with my progression, overall. I have had decent success with reaching pleasurable states with and without an Aneros, thanks to Mindgasm and A-Less techniques people have posted. I have had a few HFWO with the Njoy wand, but I am finding I hit a low/medium pleasure plateau with my Eupho and Progasm Jr.

I definitely feel wave after wave of pleasurable sensations that have a mild sense of “release satisfaction” but they are not as intense as a penile orgasm or anywhere close to the intensity of the HFWO’s I’ve had (which are penile orgasms x10). In all my Aneros sessions, the good feelings rise quickly and I enjoy them, but the seem to peak and the wave after wave of 30 second “mini O’s” end up hitting a plateau where the intensity doesn’t seem to progress. Typical sessions are around 1 to 1.5hrs in length.

Is there anything I can try doing to elevate the Dry O journey to propel myself beyond this plateau? I never get close to the intense feelings that build into the Njoy HFWO’s with an Aneros. Is this likely technique related or do I need to try another model that targets my prostate better? Thoughts?

A-less technique

I’ve been experimenting with an A-less technique that was written up on the Aneros forum and recently showed up on Reddit too. The technique has you contract the ischiocavernosus and bulbospongiosus muscles (aka “top/secret muscle in Mindgasm vernacular) ever so slightly to build up pleasurable sensations and the relax everything. During the relaxation phase, apparently some can continue to focus on the pleasureable sensations that got kicked started during the contraction phase and enter a pleasure loop that manifests into orgasm.

I can get very pleasurable feelings going by these ever so light “top” squeezes but can’t figure out how to build/amplify arousal during the relaxation phase.

Wondering if anyone here uses a similar technique and how they go about it. Any tips or variations welcome. Basically looking for a discussion on this topic as usually people have single pieces of fantastic wisdom that ends up being the key for others success.

1st session with 1st Aneros – Eupho

I wasn’t heading in with any great expectations but haven’t ejaculated for about 5 days and was pretty turned on from yesterday’s Mindgasm free play. Eupho arrived yesterday and I was eager to take it for its first spin.

I found that I got the most movement from it while laying in my stomach. That position seemed to provide the most stimulation to my prostate, but I think I was distracting myself with my penis in contact with the bed and the hip gyrations. Will explore another position more next time.

Overall, it worked enough to get me aroused more than I was but no groundbreaking new heights were reached. I’m patient so not at all disappointed as I realize this is going to take some time to figure out.

For those with the Eupho, what positions do you find work best and do you actively try and contracted your pelvic muscles or just let it all just happen thoughtless?

And should I be pushing the Eupho in as far as it’ll go or just until the tabs make contact with the body?

Which model specifically for BPH symptom relief?

I’ve recently discovered the world prostate pleasure and just purchased a Eupho as my first massager. While I’m eagerly waiting its arrival, I’ve been diving into the Aneros Wiki and have come to realize they were originally invented to allow men to perform therapeutic prostate massages at home for overall prostate health and to reduce BPH symptoms.

I suffer from restricted urinary flow from BPH but I bought the Eupho with only pleasure in mind. I’m wondering if there’s a specific model I should also consider that might be best suited for therapeutic relief of my BPH symptoms.

Any specific recommendations specifically for prostate health?

Have a made a mistake with this purchase?

I just got started with prostate play and bought a we-vibe vector but have also been exploring the Mindgasm strategies and making good progress there. My last session was primarily with the vector inserted but not vibrating and I am pretty sure I had a few dry o’s but they could be intense p-waves too. Still learning about it all so not exactly sure. I do know I liked it and want more so I decided to buy an Aneros and was initially going to go with the MGX Trident but read something that made me make a snap decision and buy the Eupho.

I’ve now come to realize that the Eupho is recommended for advanced users and my pelvic floor muscles aren’t super strong yet so am wondering if I made a bad choice. The place I bought it from wouldn’t swap it out for the MGX this morning even though the order was placed yesterday afternoon and hasn’t even been processed. Nor would they cancel it and let me re-order. My option was to wait for it to arrive and then pay to send it back. Stupid. Last time I buy from them.

I know this stuff is all subjective and what works for some doesn’t work for others but I sure hope I will able to make it work for me. I am able to now excite my prostate using light contractions and my mind so hoping I can figure out how to get the Eupho working for me. Thoughts?
