Physical Soreness After a Session?

I have been having Aneros sessions for 4.5 years and I have struggled for most of that time. I have never had a prostate orgasm, but over the past month I have been making some progress…having some good sessions with stronger p-waves and I feel like I’m building toward something.

My question is…I had a pretty good session with my Helix Trident and I am experiencing more soreness than I have in the past. Yesterday evening, my hips and legs felt stiff and sore. This morning, my neck and shoulder were achy. I’m wondering if this might be the result of a good session or just general achiness from something else.

Does anyone else get physically sore after a good Aneros session?

  2. I get the same thing. I think it’s just muscle contraction from the play. I’ll even have spasms the next day. It subsides eventually for me

  3. I get pain sometimes in my inner hip/thigh/groin area that I think is related to tight PC muscles and flexing my leg muscles too much during. Not every time but if I do a session a few days in a row it starts to creep in.

  4. I too get some back pain… probably bcs I beat the shit out of my prostate and constantly moving my hips every which way…

  5. Sometimes, after a day or two longer sessions…
My “core” muscles will just burn… mostly like you worked out really hard the day before.

After really intense sessions, my left hip bone feels like every fiber attached to it is pulling too tightly and it really hurts..
Heating pad helps. But so does having more restraint than a 5 year old with tummy ache and a full bag of cookies.

Even though I know that back to back sessions lead to (almost always) “other than full potential” sessions… the 175% increase in pleasure (instead of 200% for taking a break), is hard to walk away from on a daily basis – if you find the privacy
