  1. Do what feels right. TBH I jerk off with mine in, and can still get HFO. Honestly you might be disappointed your first time. Do a couple of rides with your normal self-care sessions. Be mindful of what muscles move when you’re going to cum and that’s what you want to harness for movement.

  2. Kegel – kegel – kegel and build your stamina. I found that once I had more endurance I could hold a light pressure for a time and get my pelvic muscels to start twitching involentarly. This produces some really fun responses. Mix in some nipple plan and things get more interesting. Thats just me but experement to see what works for you seems to be the key to enjoying our early sessions unitl you find your routine.
