Am I having a pwave or a prostate orgasm?

I also posted in r/prostateplay but am hoping for some other opinions.

I lay on my side with top leg bent at roughly a 90 degree angle and my bottom leg almost straight. This is the position I generally sleep in so I find I can get very relaxed. I’ve been using an mgx trident. It always feels good, but at about an hour in, that’s when I really start feeling great sensations.

The sensation in question lasts for about 15-30 seconds and feels amazing, but I
don’t have muscle spasms, just a hot, tingly, glow feeling that radiates
from my prostate and feels like it envelopes my ass. I have a difficult time having more than one of these as it leaves my prostate with almost a numb feel afterwards. Not uncomfortable, but feels so “hot” that I can’t distinguish the different sensations I was earlier.

One reason I’m asking for clarification is a few times when something starts to feel really good, my heart rate speeds up dramatically, but then I lose it. The sensation I described above doesn’t increase heart rate very much, doesn’t have me breathing hard, and doesn’t give me muscle spasms.
