From MGX to Helix or Eupho?

Basically, I own an MGX classic and want to upgrade to a Helix or an Eupho. It’s been years and I still haven’t made any substantial progress with my MGX despite knowing my prostate well by now, so I thought that maybe it was time to change models. I guess my question is whether failing with the MGX implies that the Helix would make a better upgrade than the Eupho or viceversa.

From my experience, I don’t feel like I need to go up in size and that’s why I’ve narrowed it down to the Helix and Eupho, but I’m still undecided between the two. I used to think that the MGX was overall too aggressive but it turns out it’s probably just the P-tab, which I eventually learned to manage. Sessions are now kinda pleasurable but overall dull, and I can’t really feel contact with the prostate.

Side note: go ahead and comment even if the post gets a little old, as it’ll be some time before I can get the new model and it may also help others.

[POLL] Struggling with MGX, which model to try next?

I gather this has been asked a lot but I was hoping to collect a more general/informative response.

In short, I’ve been using the MGX for more than a few years now, but hardly ever made any progress despite being able to correctly stimulate the prostate using my fingers instead, although never moving past a traditional (wet) climax.

Considering a new model, I have narrowed it down to pretty much the all-time classics: Helix, Progasm and Eupho, ordered by mere increasing difficulty of use according to the manufacturer. If you mean to vote for the Progasm Jr, you can just go with the Progasm instead; same with the Syn versions where applicable. Also, you may cast multiple votes.

[Poll is available here](https://www.strawpoll.me/45916462), thank you.

What to do if you’re stuck ahead of involuntary contractions?

I’m a long time MGX owner, using it off and on for years without much success. And before you say anything, my expectations couldn’t be lower right now. Anyways, according to what I’ve been reading, I think I’ve gotten to the point of expecting to experience involuntary contractions any time soon, but actually can’t. I usually do-nothing as I can easily get too carried away otherwise, but holding light, rhythmic, voluntary contractions as some suggest doesn’t seem to help, either.

This question is mainly addressed to those of you who were stuck in my same situation but managed to overcome it and finally make progress. Basically, I’m kindly asking how you made it, assuming it doesn’t have to do with drugs and stuff.

Is it possible that the Aneros is just plain missing the prostate?

Basically title. I’ve owned a MGX for a few years now, but never felt much with it. On the other hand I’ve always enjoyed fingering myself, to the point that I can make myself cum that way quite reliably, provided that I’m in the mood. For the record, the orgasm is still ‘traditional’, in the sense that I actually cum and get the refractory period.

Now, I still can’t really pinpoint my prostate, but with my fingers I never need to go any further than the first two phalanges, i.e. 2-2.5″, while the insertable length of the MGX is about 4″. So, is it possible that the MGX (but really, any Aneros) hits just too far? Anyone had a similar experience?
