I got close!

I’ve been using aneros (helix syn trident) on and off for almost two years. Been making slow but steady progress, and yesterday I got closer than I ever have before to what I think could’ve became the start of a super o.

I found that the do nothing method works best for me. But not only did I just “no nothing”, I also did 3 steps which are what got me close.

1. Physically relaxing as much as possible.

2. Mentally relaxing as much as possible. This was the game changer and involved me actively clearing my mind and removing all intent and thoughts. (This was also the hardest step because I am normally kinda scatterbrained).

3. Steady breathing. The only thing I actualy focused on was keeping a rhythm of deep steady breaths.

By sticking to those three steps, I started to feel stronger sensations and after a short time my heart started POUNDING and I could feel the blood pounding acorss my whole body and it did not stop until the session ended. While that was happening I started to feel like the world was unstable or shaking and I even saw bursts of color coming out of my pelvic area at one point, like fireworks (I’ve heard people describe this as accompanying a prostate orgasm but had never experienced it before). My body (arms and legs) also started to quiver and shake a little.

Syn vs Not? Also general journey

I have had the helix syn trident (this is a good one to start with, right? I’ve seen some people dislike the trident model) for a year and had some great sensations but no O. I want to get the Eupho sometime but am wondering if the syn or regular white plastic version is better.

I’ve heard that the syn is softer and more comfortable but I’ve also heard that the white plastic aneros are more effective because of their hardness.

In the meantime I’ve had a couple good sessions, even one where my whole body suddenly felt really hod and tingly, as if I were being electrified. My main problem is that I haven’t had my sessions run long enough (I generally stop after 30 or 45 min, but I know the best results are supposed to hit around the 1.5 hour mark) and that I jerk off too much lmao.

I need to abstain from ejaculating for a few days, have an aneros session, then continue abstaining and having sessions. It’ll be difficult to resist, wish me luck lol. Hopefully I’ll do an update post in a week or so saying I was successful!

I think session length will be key

Hi. I’ve been using aneros for almost a year now. I’ve gotten to the point where I can achieve a meditative-like state and where the aneros feels really good relatively quick after starting a session.

But I’ve yet to have a session that lasted over an hour. I’m a very busy person who does not live alone so most of my sessions last about half an hour if they’re during the day, and that half hour feels good.

At night I get too tired after about half an hour and fall asleep / lose my arousal.

A couple days ago I had some time during the day and at about the half hour mark after waves of tingles my arousal seemed to die. Usually I have sessions at night and this is a sign that I am too tired to continue so I end the session. But this time it was the middle of the day and I was not tired so I continued.

Sure enough my arousal came back in slow building waves. But this time it was different, I had to actively relax/meditate way way less, it was almost like the arousal and effects of the aneros were happening on their own, like they were inevitable and coming no matter what I did. It was almost like breaking past the half hour(ish) point had moved me into the “second stage” of the aneros session.

How it felt:

So I was jerking off, about halfway through, and I wqs feeling a little different. I was feeling a little bit like I do during an aneros session, a little call to relax. So I did.

Normally with a traditional orgasm a la the hand, you actively get yourself “worked up”, “excited”, and tense until you climax release.

I instead took the methods I use during an aneros session and used them while jerking off. I actively relaxed as much as I could, kept jerking, and relaxed my mental state and got to that sort of drifting meditative feeling you get during a session when you also a little “high” or lightheaded. I kept jerking off, but I also almost completely forgot about my dick, I just let my hand keep going and relaxed my body and mind.

Then I just relaxed more and more, sought after and allowed myself to drift in the lightheadedness. I paid some attention to my prostate and it kinda felt like my prostate was very much swelling and filling my body.

Then I came. The seamen / fluid was normal, regular fluid, not just prostate fluid, and the refractory period afterward was normal, but it *felt* different.

I can only describe it as a prostate-cenrered traditional orgasm. I forgot about my dick, drifted in mental peace like an aneros session, and came while mentally relaxed instead of a tensing and release, though there were contractions as normal.

Holding out for the weekend (retention and session length)

I’ve heard that not masturbating for a couple days before an aneros session makes it more successful.

I’ve also heard that having a long session is key and some poeple go for two or three hours which seems crazy long.

I’ve been using aneros for about a year, no O yet but here’s hoping. I’m focusing on relaxing and the do nothing technique but I allow by body to clench and twitch when it wants to.

I’ve had some success and gotten what I think are pwaves. Just two nights ago I used the aneros and my body tingled and I had a strong headrush like I was “high”. It comes and goes and eventually fades off. Maybe it would come back again if I kept my session going even longer but I get tired.

Anyways back to the topic. I had a fun session last wekend, but jerked off yesterday. So I am going to try saving myself until this wekend and will then go to bed extra early to have a long session, at least an hour. I’ll try to go as long as I can but even one hour seems very long to me, maybe it’ll be easier to do with a short break or two to drink water and apply lube.

First experience with pleasurable shaking.

Hello. I own the Helix Syn Trident and have been using it for about a year and have been making slow but steady progress.

Last night, it was late and I was tired, but I felt like giving it a go, so I did.

Recently I’ve been focusing on staying relaxed throughout a session and allowing sensations to happen without trying to actively grow them. Very recently I’ve begun to experience spasms and pulsing in my sphincter and pc muscle, and last night I actively and continually relaxed even as the spasms happened.

As the sensation grew I felt a slight warmth and tingles spread around my pelvis, I felt a little high and meditative. Then my legs started to completely vibrate all on their own and it actually felt warm and nice still.

I’ve had shaking before, but it was always a distraction and not pleasurable at all. This is the first time it felt nice, like it was part of the experience in a good way.

A short time later, the shaking and sensation slowly subsided and I was too tired (sleepy) to continue.

I am pretty excited to try again this weekend! : )

Abstinence Struggle

I’m just over here as a super horny young 20-something, struggling to keep from masturbating for more than two days in a row.

I feel like I’m close to some real success, I’ve been going for almost a year and I’m at the point where I feel all floaty and warm and after a while I get a surge of warmth and a feeling almost like I’m high.

Mostly making this post to help motivate myself to be abstinent for a bit longer, which I feel like is a big part of getting success out of the aneros.

In right now, advice?

I have it in right now (the trident syn, typing this on my phone). It’s been about an hour and here’s what I’ve felt:

1. A subtle “shaking”, very faint but continuous through my whole lower body. My legs aren’t actually physically shaking around or anything, just a very subtle continuous shaking/tensing.

2. A few times I managed to get in this weird headspace and my whole pelvis began to tingle, but I lost it each time.

3. After being tense for a while, I intentionally relaxed my sphincter and pc and got a wave of chills/little tingles. Haven’t been able to replicate it.

4. Generally, intentionally cleching doesn’t seem to do anything for me.

5. Once or twice the shaking got more intense in my glutes and legs, but nothing else happened.

It feels like I’m slowly experiencing intensity in waves that are many minutes long. I’ll have 10 minutes or so where I feel basically nothing, then my body will start to shake a little and I’ll have some tingles, then nothing.

I understand how you gotta relax and not expect anything. The way I udnerstand it it’s almost like a dreamstate? Am I not relaxing enough? Am I relaxing too hard / focusing too much on trying to relax.

I intend to leave the device in for another hour or so. Ima try to relax again and check back here later.
