Lying position

Which lying position can you recommend? I usually lie on my back with my legs stretched out. I have the feeling that I can relax best that way (for the do nothing method). When I put my legs up, I have to tense them a bit, which hinders my relaxation. The same is the case when I lie sideways and bend my legs. Do you guys have any ideas, suggestions, what I could and should try? What works best for you? Thank you šŸ™‚

Should I train every day?

Iā€™m in my rewiring process. I had some achievements like the good feelings in my pelvic regions, involuntary contractions and a HDWO.
BUT I havenā€™t had an Super O yet. I even donā€™t know if I had P-Waves or a Mini-O because I donā€™t really know what to expect / how they would really feel.

Actually I am using my aneros every day for about 1-2 hours. Most of the time I use headphones and binaural beats (because they help me to forget about my life around me and to keep me focused. Sometimes I am like in a trance). Like i said, sometimes a good feeling starts to build up. I feel the vibrations, the tickling spreading from my prostate to my whole body. My cock gets hard from one moment to another and I just feel good. But then (when I try to let go and just enjoy the feelings) it ends and the momentā€™s over. (And if I was in a trance-like state till then, itā€™s over too). So, thatā€™s my situations right now.

My question is now: Do you think I should ā€œtrainā€ everyday or just every 2 or 3 days? Does frequent practice desensitize my prostate? Or in general: do you have any tips for me? I try to be patient. I know that thereā€™s hope for me šŸ˜‰ but I think you all know the moment, when you think, you should just give up because it wonā€™t happen to you. So THANKS for your help and your thoughts about my situation šŸ™‚

Hey guys. I just ordered the helix trident (not syn). Iā€™ve read so many things on Reddit any beyond about the aneros. And I feel like, I need someone, who has experience. Someone coaching me. Someone, I can talk about my experiences and who guides me – you know what I mean?

Do you think, a coach is helpful? Unnecessary? Good or bad?

Helix better for beginners (than progasm jr)?

Hey guys. I have a progasm jr, itā€™s very new. Yes I know – patient and exercise. But it never felt very good (neither bad. Just meh).
So today I read: Beginners maybe should think about trying the Helix, because of it is more likely to move than the pj.
What do you think? Is that right? Should I try this?
And what is the difference between the helix syn and helix trident? Any recommendations? Thank you!

Progasm Jr over day/night

Did someone already wear the PJ over the day or while sleeping? What was the result?
Could it help me as a beginner to learn how to feel it better?
