Should I train every day?

I’m in my rewiring process. I had some achievements like the good feelings in my pelvic regions, involuntary contractions and a HDWO.
BUT I haven’t had an Super O yet. I even don’t know if I had P-Waves or a Mini-O because I don’t really know what to expect / how they would really feel.

Actually I am using my aneros every day for about 1-2 hours. Most of the time I use headphones and binaural beats (because they help me to forget about my life around me and to keep me focused. Sometimes I am like in a trance). Like i said, sometimes a good feeling starts to build up. I feel the vibrations, the tickling spreading from my prostate to my whole body. My cock gets hard from one moment to another and I just feel good. But then (when I try to let go and just enjoy the feelings) it ends and the moment’s over. (And if I was in a trance-like state till then, it’s over too). So, that’s my situations right now.

My question is now: Do you think I should “train” everyday or just every 2 or 3 days? Does frequent practice desensitize my prostate? Or in general: do you have any tips for me? I try to be patient. I know that there’s hope for me 😉 but I think you all know the moment, when you think, you should just give up because it won’t happen to you. So THANKS for your help and your thoughts about my situation 🙂

  1. I think it’s good to give the prostate a day or two to recuperate depending upon how long and successful your previous session was.

  2. It’s best to have at least one day in between sessions to give your body time to get used to the new sensations. I usually put a few days in between so I don’t feel like I “have to” have a session.

  3. Do not give up! I did and later went back. I’ve actually given up a couple of times. Just restarted about a month ago after a 6 month break. Last Saturday I had a major breakthrough and all that work is totally worth it! Keep at it, with short breaks, and enjoy the journey.

  4. As with all things in life, if you over-do something, it loses it’s magic at some point. I’d say listen to your body, if you are “prostate horny” go for it, but doing it out of pure boredom is something you’d rather prevent.

There is no set rule that you want to follow besides being observant and listening to your body

  5. I am in this same boat. Just started back to anal/prostate stimulation, and found my self very sore and even got to the point where I had a little blood in the semen. That was my bad for being too rough, I think I am going to take the advice in here and take a day or two off. It’s just soo hard when I’m horny all the time.

  6. As others have said – don’t overdo it.
If you want to train everyday, try doing ALESS kegel exercises every other day (in moderation) and lighten up on the sessions that you do use an Aneros – it’s not needed to contract things tightly down there (generally) and you don’t wish to wind up busting things that aren’t used to being flexed hard… see tonyf1987’s comment… nipple play in my experience helps as does a little meditation and breath work.
