Aneros auto-fucking and Super-O’s : Session for Wednesday July 11

Since July 4 last week, I have had several sessions that were so powerful and pleasurable that are hard to explain.

So after my session this morning, I will try to explain some of my recent Aneros and Aless experiences.

This morning I had a session which lasted a good 1.25 hours with Maximus, MGX, and Progasm Classic.

Maximus has joined MGX and Helix Classic as Aneros models which start most of my sessions. I have worked with Maximus fairly intimately since July 2012. Hey everyone, first time poster. Three year user, own a Helix, a Progasm and my favorite, the Eupho Trident. The below technique works with all three. Happy to explain further if anyone would like! 4 Days of constant pleasure!

It has been over three months since my last blog post. I have not had any news to write about until recently. I work a weekday job with a long commute. I typically work out after work and by the time I get home, eat dinner and take care of things around the house I did not really have the time or energy for a productive aneros session. If I did try a session, I would just get really relaxed and fall asleep. So, lately I have been doing one session per week on the weekend. I have been thinking that that may not be often enough to see much progress. My weekend sessions have been pleasant. For many months recently, I have tried to find out why my sessions have felt so good. I have settled upon some description Aneros terms:

Kegels and Reverse Kegels

In the last few weeks I have been trying something new: alternating kegels and reverse kegels. I had never heard of reverse kegels until reading the forum posts. Reverse kegels are done by relaxing or almost stretching the PC muscles. I get the sensation that the pelvic region is “yawning” and enlarging during a reverse kegel. I have used this technique mostly during A-less sessions and the results have been excellent.

I begin with a moderate kegel contraction (approximately 30 to 40%) and hold for several seconds. I don’t time the contraction. I usually wait until I feel a slight quiver or pulse in the muscles or prostate. Then I do the reverse kegel. I often feel the quiver or pulse strengthen a bit. All of this is done slowly while breathing deeply and relaxing as much as possible. After several minutes of this alternation I usually feel a series of mini-Os and occasionally some stronger dry-Os. Once (several days ago) it led to one of the biggest Super-Os I’ve ever experienced. I had full body tingling and shaking. I could feel the distinct build up of a new wave as the previous one was subsiding. If I counted accurately there were three huge waves and two smaller ones before I was finished. I haven’t tried this technique since then. As each session is unique it would be foolish to expect an exact repeat of the previous one. I’m satisfied to be on an interesting journey and appreciative of whatever comes my way.

Very very slow progress sure beats no progress

If you’re not having progress with your Aneros, so long as it isn’t hurting, do keep giving it a go from time to time. There’s a comment in the sidebar that “some guys have spent years getting there”; take that literally.

I suspect I got my Aneros back in 2005, give or take a year. I bought it at the point believing there was only one model and was surprised to receive one called a MGX – this might help people be able to place it in time. It probably took me several years and a lot of effort and exaggerated clenching to get any sort of reaction, and for the longest time I would try the “lots of deep breathing, fifteen full clenches then hold it quarter-way” routine. I might get one pleasant sensation, though not always, then that would be it in terms of anything pleasurable for the session. I would keep trying and trying and get nothing further. There were two occasions, years apart, where I clenched so much that for several (5? 7?) days afterwards I felt like I had bruised myself internally and felt like I was buzzing inside, in a not-at-all pleasant way, to the point where sitting down was uncomfortable. Ever since then I’ve taken it more easily.
