Summertime weather has settled here in DC these days. That means heatwaves lasting ten days apiece of hazy, hot, and humid before the weather breaks for a brief respite of one or two days of “coolish” weather with low humidity until the next heatwave begins. As a Connecticut Yankee native, I have lived here more than forty years. We have had bad summers and good ones. The bad ones have hot, hazy, and humid weather from Memorial Day Weekend to the fall equinox, sometimes in October. So this summer, it is quite possible to wear minimalist clothing the daytime, but when I retire to bed buck naked, mostly nude, sleeping many nights on the top cover with nothing but a jock and cup on! Many of who have read my Aneros blog over the years have heard my stories about jocks and cups dating from my puberty and the glory days of adolescence up to my old age. I was eleven or twelve when I encountered my dad’s jockstrap for the first time. Mom had laundered in February or March 1962 and hanged it on a hanger to dry above the bathtub at home. Dad was going to wear it under his Little League navy blue umpire uniform pants when Little League began in late April or May that year. I decided to try it on when it was dry. In my last blog post I mentioned getting some new pleasure tools. I have been having lots of fun with the Njoy large plug. this thing just sits on my prostate giving me the pressure I require without interaction since I’m a do nothing guy (but that is now changing because of these new tools) inducing some wonderful feeling orgasms. We are in the midst of winter here in DC, but it is going to get even brutally cold here for the next few days because of blast of Arctic air due to arrive late Tuesday night. About a week or two ago, I composed a blog entry on how to choose correctly the best fit jock and cup for your gonads and cock. Tonight I declare that both items are ideal for Kegels and Diddling yourself.

Ordinary jockstraps and jocks with pockets for holding athletic cups are ideal for the Kegel Exercises and for the pleasures of diddling your nipples. Athletic supporters and cup jocks have the elasticity of material in the waistbands, leg straps, and pouches that facilitate the Kegels and enhance the pleasure of nipple diddling. If you are wearing an athletic cup for contact sports or a cup for maintaining your chastity or sexual continence, just be sure that such cups and their jock cup holder fit your genitalia as perfectly as possible. An ill-fitting jock and cup combo may be downright uncomfortable and lessens the beneficial effects of the Kegels and even your diddling.

Kegeling and diddling in a jock and cup is ideal any time of the day, say sitting at my PC, or sitting on a couch watching TV, or even walking outdoors in a natural fashion. A cup bulge in your jeans or slacks may be noticeable, or even obscene, but heck, you are doing something good for yourself, and it is certainly health promoting.

What should I be doing to train my muscles daily? Should I be doing long holds or quick bursts? PC or sphincter muscle or both?

Chairgasms – How I learned to have better control of my inside muscles

I had a bit of a hard time achieving control of my muscles inside my hole, so I needed to find a way to exercise them but really didn’t have the time, I found this technique that I hope help some of you.

You position yourself at the front of your chair ( whether that’s your living room one, work one or any other) and get your taint area to press right around the edge of the chair, have your legs spread a bit and then do some kegels (squeeze and release like you were trying to stop peeing) you’ll probably feel the pressure of the chair pushing back on that taint area.

This has proven to be so helpful in my journey with prostate play and Aneros. Best part is that you only need a chair, so you can do it while working (I have a busy schedule so being able to exercise at my work’s desk chair is a blessing) or somewhere else where you can’t lay down.

I’ve also heard from more experienced users that this exercises can become very pleasurable too and you can achieve orgasms that can be fun to have while going with your everyday life(I know one guy who travels a lot for work and he uses this technique while flying and gets small but pleasurable waves that help with de-stressing. Other guy says he does it on boring meetings so time flies! Haha).

If only this were less “taboo”…

I have a few questions for folks, just some “in your experience” all feedback is welcome!

Question 1: Do you require kegels to begin your involuntaries? Does actively performing kegels improve the quality of your involuntaries?

Personally, I started this journey doing Mindgasm. Having done alot of weightlifting in my lifetime, muscle isolation came very naturally to me and I was able to identify and solo flex my PC and Sphinctur fairly easily (as much as is possible anyway). The first time that I felt involuntaries though… there was not intentional beginning, not “Big Squeeze”. I was just laying down relaxing, focusing on the passive pleasure of the light pressure on the prostate. It was more like the thought “this feels fantastic how could it possibly be better” just entered my head and planted the involuntary seed. Of course they were fairly short lived… at first, I had to learn how to just let them happen and continue to focus on the now active pleasure of the pulse. I’ve done some small experiments since that include a “Big Squeeze” but I am hesitant to really open this up more. My worry is, by engaging more active control of the occurrence I feel like I may lose some of the mental “magic” associated with how I’ve discovered them in the first place… If it ain’t broke is there any benifit to “fixing” it?

Explaining Aless to Partner?

So, I recently let my wife in on my ability to have multiple, non-ejaculatory orgasms by meditating, muscle flexing, etc. We here call them Aless or w/o toy.

History: I bought 2 aneros toys. the white sgx and the progasm jr. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now.

My problem? I don’t get anything NEAR the feelings that some people here are getting. I’ve tried laying down on my back, on my side, sitting in a chair, everything short of upside down. I think my kegels are in the best shape ever. >>> I get nothing. I don’t feel a THING. ZERO.

I’m sitting here thinking WHAT ???

When I use it? I don’t feel anything at all. nothing. And those bead things sticking into me don’t feel good. After awhile with the sgx in there? my perianal area feels sore.

When I use the Progasm jr- it won’t stay in my ass. No matter what I do, unless I sit down? it comes out quickly. So that means I’m limited to the sgx which is smaller.

Am I supposed to feel that “pee urge” feeling? IS this thing even contacting my prostate?
