Starting point (I’m quite lost…)

Hi. As I have not had any progress, I am looking forward to some advice. So this is my story.

Last month I ordered a helix trident in order to have new experiences with it. I’m not new to inserting prostate toys, I bought a prostate vibrator last summer, but I didn’t really enjoy it and I wanted to “start again”.

The thing is that first sessions using the aneros were fine. I was able to ejaculate 3 nights in a row, but I don’t think it was because of the toy (I have been practising HFO for the last 5 years and I achieved my first wet orgasm 2 years ago. So I give credit to my experience and nipple stimulation rather than to the toy).

I’ve been trying to improve my performance with the aneros during the past few weeks, but nothing seems to work. I try not to touch my dick and watch porn. Besides, I always relax before a session and I try the “do nothing” technique, but nothing really happens. I’ve also tried to move the toy making use of my PC muscles, but it doesn’t feel confortable or pleasurable.

I am quite lost. Do you know any first step I could take?

I’m going off the toys again

Well, that’s not exactly truth. I’ve found out that the best toy for me is a finger. For those interested I’ll give more specfics at the end but let me give you context, which is more important. In a series of events I’ve been trying intermittent stimulation. I’ve confirmed to myself, that sphincter is very important and I’ve used the tips of bigger toys to do it. It was no longer handsfree, introduced hassles, silicon lubricant, in short – it required a lot of attention and activity and grew tiresome. The strategy was somewhat successful though. I was reluctant to get into the practice of using my bare hand because it never seemed perfectly hygienic but I restricted myself to external stimulation and found out that it’s good enough and felt almost hygienic. I’ve found the perfect toy and it’s not just because it’s more convenient, I think the sheer amount of nerve endings that are engaged is important. Cheat Codes

Over time, whenever I wasn’t having a great time with my Aneros, and I was extremely aroused, I have combined my solo play with a a variety of different cheat options and enhancements. I guess it was simple curiosity, I wanted to try it all, and nothing was off the table (except cheating). Over time, I have tried various techniques and forms of edging, hypnosis, KSMO, binaural beats, kegels, Aless, various drugs and supplements, eStim, a Theragun, dildos, an nJoy wand, nipple play, sounding and even a fucking machine.

To this day I still believe that just using a single Aneros toys is the best way to spend a day or a night (or both). Nothing else is needed and it can take you very very far away into deep inexplicable pleasure.

But I could never satisfy my curiosity. I will post a review of all of these below over time, but in brief summary:

Edging – 6/10 I would still be interested to get to a ‘goon’ state or a multiorgasmic masturbation session. But this is usually contradictory to Aneros play. I have generally enjoyed my experiences with edging, especially as this is something my partner is receptive to. Those are even better. But generally I don’t have the patience to start stop enough times to get a continuous orgasm state. It would be interesting to learn this one day.

Last level for me (Level 12) is the feeing of ultimate trance, almost godlike. Close to heaven if such ever existed. Pleasure is fully in my mind, it is unbelievable, and I have no sense of physical body.

Level X: Combined Level 10 and Level 11 Super Os at the same time – this is the the most stimulating type of orgasm. It activates all physical and mental outlets. Only had it a few times. I think it requires to keep up the physical contractions whilst allowing thyself to drift into trance.

It is hard to define this well as I haven’t had a session for a while sadly. At the time of having these I came up with more complex, more beautiful definitions.

Levels 1-12 is my ultimate session, happens every 5 sessions or so. Sometimes requires help (weed). Not always. I only have a session about once a month. So it is rare. Most often I go 1-4. Sometimes 1-8.

Holding out for the weekend (retention and session length)

I’ve heard that not masturbating for a couple days before an aneros session makes it more successful.

I’ve also heard that having a long session is key and some poeple go for two or three hours which seems crazy long.

I’ve been using aneros for about a year, no O yet but here’s hoping. I’m focusing on relaxing and the do nothing technique but I allow by body to clench and twitch when it wants to.

I’ve had some success and gotten what I think are pwaves. Just two nights ago I used the aneros and my body tingled and I had a strong headrush like I was “high”. It comes and goes and eventually fades off. Maybe it would come back again if I kept my session going even longer but I get tired.

Anyways back to the topic. I had a fun session last wekend, but jerked off yesterday. So I am going to try saving myself until this wekend and will then go to bed extra early to have a long session, at least an hour. I’ll try to go as long as I can but even one hour seems very long to me, maybe it’ll be easier to do with a short break or two to drink water and apply lube.

Making good progress

These past 2 weeks I’ve picked up my helix trident after a few weeks off. It took a few sessions to get back into the swing of things, but in my last session I had a new sensation.

Since I came back to my helix trident, I have been using the “do nothing” approach as much as possible. In my last session I was listening to Shibby’s files and found myself reaching the end of the file.

During this part she was basically telling the listener “if there was a time to climax, it would be now.” At this point I felt my body give in to Shibby’s instructions and I began to feel this sensation starting in my limbs. It was half way between pins and needles, and a vibrating feeling. No feeling

So I picked up my Aneros Helix Syn Trident about a week ago, and must have had about 5 sessions between now and then.

I started off using the mindgasm videos as a tutorial on how to do some contractions, but after about 2 sessions worked out that I can just put it in, and do nothing for about 10 mins and I will start twitching and contracting.

Whilst I have had some nice tingles and a few very subtle feelings from my prostate, I’m not really feeling much. The latest session I did (I’d had a few days break from my session before that) I started to experience the floating feeling that people have talked about, and also had some leg spasms, but I didn’t really feel anything in terms of actual pleasure, especially in the prostate area.

I do my sessions after having a shower so I’m relaxed, and also listen to some binaural audios as it tends to help me focus, I also haven’t jerked off the entire time (which is unusual for me as I usually jerk off at least once a day at least) which has made me especially horny.

I just wanted to know if there was anything to do to increase the actual pleasure I am feeling during the sessions, or if I’m expecting too much too quickly.

THC doesn’t really do anything for me…

After years of little success with only the occasional nice feeling, I decided to try some THC. I’ve tried 10mg of edibles a few times, and while it makes me feel relaxed and a little more in tune with my body, it doesn’t feel like the “cheat code” everyone talks about. I suppose it feels a bit nicer, but at the same time the high sort of dulls the sensations. Could I be doing something wrong? I find that if I get too high I just get nauseous and paranoid and it’s just rather unpleasant. Any tips would be appreciated.

Laying on my stomach session

Ive started doing sessions on my stomach vs on my Side or back. Im not sure if this is the same for everyone or not but I have found it has some advantages for me. The cons are pretty minor. 1st con is that if I develop an erection its very distracting and not the most comfortable in this position. 2nd, this has Todo with anyone who is a leaker. I tend to make a mess, I usually lay on a towel or wear my jock strap. Now for the pros. I have little ability in this position to touch my penis. I struggle leaving it alone and this position helps. First experience with pleasurable shaking.

Hello. I own the Helix Syn Trident and have been using it for about a year and have been making slow but steady progress.

Last night, it was late and I was tired, but I felt like giving it a go, so I did.

Recently I’ve been focusing on staying relaxed throughout a session and allowing sensations to happen without trying to actively grow them. Very recently I’ve begun to experience spasms and pulsing in my sphincter and pc muscle, and last night I actively and continually relaxed even as the spasms happened.

As the sensation grew I felt a slight warmth and tingles spread around my pelvis, I felt a little high and meditative. Then my legs started to completely vibrate all on their own and it actually felt warm and nice still.
