Hi. Until my last session, my prostate play with the Aneros was always being performed in one of this two ways: a) keeping my PC and anal muscles totally relaxed, or b) clenching and releasing intermittently, with a rather fast pace.
Then, user u/shavedyng told me, on this same subreddit, a third approach to prostate play. Flexing my PC muscles just a bit, and holding them for several minutes. Then releasing (breathing) and again, flexing them at 10% and holding it.
A couple of days ago, I did it this way. At least, I tried. First I waited until I was really horny, and then I inserted the Aneros in my butt. To be honest, I wasn’t able to calibrate the contraction at 5 or 10% and I think I was flexing the muscles at 30-40%, but still I tried my best to not clench heavily like I used to do.
Then, I waited… After 20 or 30 minutes, I started to feel good, better than other times, and for just a few seconds I felt, for the first time in my life (after years of prostate play), how my anal muscles started to contract rhythmically by themselves. The involuntary movements. I couldn’t believe it was happening… but I lost my focus and after 3 involuntary contractions, it stopped.
