Once more unto the breach!

All the recent activity here has made me feel like I need to get back into the saddle again with my Aneros.

I bought mine a few months ago, and in the first month or so, I was able to get some nice feelings going, but would always start touching myself after a while and finishing off using my hands. This was still very good and satisfying, and frankly, many times better than just using my hands alone, but not quite what I bought it for.

After that honeymoon period, I tried to go hands-free and see how far I could get, but I wasn't able to get back to even where I was before. It just felt flat using it. I'd get a little tingle every now and then, but not much else.

So, I stopped using the Aneros and switched over to using a dildo, which I kind of prefer, because it feels really sexy to ride and I love the physicality of thrusting it deep inside me.

But, like I said, all the talk here has made my butt lust for the Aneros and it's sweet promise of a super-O. So, I am going to go for it again.

I think I've got a few things that I'm going to try differently this time:

1) Use coconut oil – I usually use water-based lubes, but I think that before, it would dry up too fast and I wasn't getting the slickness that I need for the Aneros.

2) I'm going to try to modify the Aneros like what /u/casual_handle did, where he tweaked it so that it wouldn't go as deep inside him. I'm pretty sure this is the main thing that's going wrong for me, where the Helix feels like it might be too long for me and I'm missing the prostate.

3) Listen to audio porn. I tried watching videos, but that was too distracting. Maybe some audio stuff will help me concentrate and get me more excited.

Any other ideas?
