“squirted” some sort of clear liquid last night?

I've had my aneros for a little less than a month, and I was having maybe my best session yet last night. High off of Salvia and some weed, I angled my toy in a way that if I moved my hips down, the tab would get pressed on my bed and in turn hit my prostate (or whatever it hit) a bit harder. As I was doing this, I feel like I hit something that made me black out for a couple of seconds, and immediately lots of clear liquid shot out of my dick. There was no build up like there is with an ejaculation (where I can feel the sperm move throughout the system for a while and then cum) it just all shot out at that moment. It was clear with some greyish hints in there. It felt amazingly good, but the fear of what happened did scare me for a few seconds. Is what happened safe, or is there a chance I hit something I shouldn't of, or worse damaged something? Nothing hurt, but that doesn't always mean it's safe.
