How to go a less

After sitting at home for a while watching tv I could feel my prostrate starting to act up. Then if I move just a little it goes a way and nothing sometimes it comes back. Is there anything I could do to make it stronger? Or just wait and see what happens? This is interesting just started happening this is new never felt it before.



  1. You reap what you sow I suppose.

    You stimulate a region that wasn’t meant to be stimulated. Don’t be surprised when it acts up.

    I would say leave your arse alone for a few weeks at least and see if that sorts itself out.

  2. i find visualizing helps make the feelings more pronounced. coupled with a flexing of the muscles down there. try to slowly make the flex more intense over time, focus on your heartbeat, visualize it beating in your prostate.
