I purchased a helix today but sadly can’t report having a great first time. When I inserted it I instantly felt like I had to poop…I took it out after a few minutes and sat on the toilet while nothing came out. Turns out this might be a reaction to the glycerin in the lube. I will have to try tomorrow with coconut oil. I understand that the helix takes some getting used to so I’ll stick with it.

Try Sliquid Sassy. I had the same problem, Sliquid worked for me and as a bonus is way more natural and has less bad chemicals. If you have the Helix without the silicone covering also consider silicone lube. It’s amazing.
