First Time Faux-Pas?

My Progasm is arriving today and I’m super pumped for it!I’ve read through the wikis and forums a bit and have a general idea of how to get started, but I want to ask you all what were some things you did your first time using an Aneros that you’d advise against. I have experience with anal play, so that won’t be a problem.

Thanks in advance!

  1. Really now! If one has experience with anal play, then why is one seeking advice? Your quest is quite simple. Lube, insert, wait. Remember this caveat: Kegels are not your friend.

  2. Being experienced in anal play means nothing in my experience – except that you won’t have difficulties inserting the device.

The error that most people make is a natural one. Going in with expectations of what will happen and trying to force those things to happen. It’s almost unavoidable when you read countless accounts of what it will feel like. You just need to relax, breathe and notice what’s happening. You might get some strong sensations – if you do, don’t mentally latch onto them and try to push them further, it won’t work. Just enjoy them and let them come and go. On the other hand, you might get twitching, pulsing or tingling that’s so subtle it’s barely perceptible. Same principles apply. Notice these feelings and enjoy them and over time you’ll become more aware of them and they’ll get better. Focus on what you’re feeling in the moment, not what you want to come next.
