Frustrated

I feel like I’ve got pretty close to having orgasms (maybe I’ve done it already?), but I’m just not sure I’ve gone as far as I can. I’ve got to the point before where my body is shaking and there’s hot waves/blurry vision/insanely horny/tingling in my arms and legs etc. But I feel like I get in my own way overthinking about what I should be doing at each stage.   1. What multiple prostate cumming do mean? Multiple ejaculation from aneros? Or multiple dry orgasm? The problem u have is having expectations and fear of not suceeding, that breeds frustration. Consciously keep reminding yourself to enjoy each moment. this very moment where ur mind says there’s not enough pleasure, not enough orgasm, what should I do, reassure yourself and enjoy just that, let everything go, let go of all tension in your body. Forget about how to make it better, instead, tell yourself this is good enough, this is pleasurable. U can’t make yourself relax by asking yourself to relax. U can touch your whole body(from head to toes) with different pressure, tinckle your own skin in different parts of your body, this usually helps to steer the attention on your mind to your body. Also start breathing slower a deeper, pay attention on your heart beat etc.
